These capsules seemed to have worked at in preventing any breakouts at the beginning (I can get mild acne). However, they dont seem to be effective in the long-term. In terms, of any other benefits to the skin/health I have not seen any visible changes from taking these capsules.

Best tablets just after few days when i started I seen few changes like my nails grow more faster longer and stronger and bit a good changes in skin as well,after I finished this bottle everything back to normal,then I decided to buy again but its discontinued and I didn't find in any store or online.

love this product!Its really helped my skin!Less breakouts around time of the month and clearer skin between cycles...Tastes a bit yukky but I'd recommend this product for sure!

This product is great to use for skin conditions and your immune system. I am taking it along with my daughter who has eczema. Both of our complexions are clearing gradually. I also feel stronger in my constitution. My daughter itching has eased. I thoroughly recommend. Take with a nice natural juice as the taste is strong and bitter.
