Just a sanding stick
Very nicely made and works well but end of the day no better than a cheap one. It really comes down to how much you want to invest in tools. Everyone will be different

Break it in first.
It's a great sanding pole but when its brand new it can leave small gouges in your texture but that's the case with all these kind of sanding poles.
