Krill oil is the best source for Omega 3 fatty acids. My wife has been using them for a long time to reduce her joint pain do to arthritis. It takes about a month of constant use but the results are very noticeable. It is now easier for her to go up stairs and be more active overall. I started taking them recently due to their benefits to the heart and ability to reduce cholesterol. I like that these are small, easy to swallow pills that do not have any fishy after taste like most fish oil supplements. Plus krill is a more sustainable way to obtain Omega 3 acids versus fish oil. Fish oil can also contain mercury so this is a safer alternative. You're not going to notice results overnight which I think a lot of people expect with supplements. You do have to take them consistently and when you do you will notice a reduction in joint pains and an improvement in overall health. Omega 3 fatty acids are also necessary for your brain and most people do not get enough in their diet. My doctor told me that taking krill oil was one of the best supplements I could take so I will keep ordering this brand.

I've ordered this product three times, and there was a notable difference in quality on my last purchased. As soon as I opened the container, I noticed a a strong fish smell. I had zero fish smell with my first two orders. Also, the capsules were stuck together inside. I had to stick a spoon inside the bottle to detached them from one another.Update:The difference in quality was probably due to how my last delivery was handled during shipping. The integrity of softgels are often compromised if they get too warm. I'm guessing that the delivery vehicle was too warm for the package. Customer service did reach out to me in order to replace the product.

A great deal of krill oil supplements are either under valued (low quality ingredients) or are not of quality manufacture. I'm happy to tell you that Purity Labs Krill Oil is not one of those supplements. I use both their Krill oil and Turmeric. My hip was badly damaged when I was rear-ended. Even though I was securely buckled in my seatbelt, the collision threw my knee into the dash which drove the head of my femur into my hip socket. I cannot stress how much this combination has help me. Do an internet search for an article title "Ditch your NSAIDs". This doctor's blog explains how the combination of krill oil and turmeric work. It is a supplement, it will take time to work, perhaps a week or a little more. Personally I found that it works slightly better than naproxen. You can expect the effect to be slightly different for every user. As time has gone by and more damage is done to my hip joint, I have gone far past the point where these supplements alone can relieve my pain. Yet I still take this combination daily, I can tell a difference if I don't. If you have pain from inflammation, I personally recommend you give this combination a try. No one should take NSAIDs daily unless they have no choice.

I love the fact that there is NO after taste like fish oil, none at all, easy to swallow and unlike fish oil (in my experience) the Krill Oil is so easily absorbed! I have sensitive digestion issues, so the absorption factor is a very important one for me!I've noticed naturally soft skin! I've read some reviews that said capsules had busted leaving a mess but I've not had that happen. I'm very satisfied with the Antarctic Krill Oil that I get from Purity Labs! After my first bottle, I failed to place a timely order and after just a short period of time, I noticed my skin was no longer feeling naturally soft and my joints were more stiff and painful. I ordered a 2nd bottle and was feeling the benefits of taking this Antarctic Krill Oil 2000mg right away! I wake up with the softest smoothest feeling skin and my joints not so stiff and I feel noticeably less arthritis pain! This stuff is better than 5 Stars! I genuinely love it! I've just ordered my 3rd bottle and will be subscribing so I'm always receiving the new bottle upon finishing what I had. I really don't want to run out! My knees ache during and after workouts so I started taking fish oil to try to help. After research, I decided to add krill oil. After more research (lol, because that's what I do!) I decided to go with Purity Labs' Antarctic Krill Oil. I really like this company's supplements when compared with others available, the price is reasonable, and I like the company's family-business type philosophy. I've since started taking their Omega 3 Fish Oil and Turmeric Curcumin. I didn't automatically just go with their products though (even though I was extremely happy with the Krill Oil) , I researched each one individually and compared them to others.
