Knoll Life Chair Fully Adjustable Model NEW in Open Box

Knoll chair as advertised, good condition, packed well and delivered on time but... the base of the chair was filthy and the chair back smells horrible! Not sure how to remove the smell yet. Leaving it outside to air out. Using my old chair back for now.Also someone installed wheels into the plastic wrapping on the chair legs. It was impossible to take out the wheels and remove the plastic so I used the base of my old chair.Will never buy here again

I purchased the chair new , not from Amazon. It has the deluxe arms.It’s not particularly comfortable, but the worst thing about it is that the armrest pads have completely disintegrated. I don’t think this is an uncommon problem but the worst thing is that to replace them costs around $110 plus $20 milling costs. so I’m junking mine after three years and buying something better and cheaper
