Color is true matte black. It’s definitely quality as you can tell from the weight and ease of operation. I can’t really say whether it was easy to install because the folks installing the door did it. But it looks beautiful!

Perfect for my Adirondack style cabin on the lake.I combine this with the wireless keypad and it’s great.My Carpenter installed it so I can’t speak about the ease of installation.It has the exact look I was hoping for.The finish is a matte black and it seems to be very well and evenly coated. I’ve only had it for about six weeks so I can’t speak on the durability, but judging from the appearance I would say this will last for a long time.They have another style whichMore ornate, with a curved top. My preference was for the simplicity of this particular model which goes well with the arts and crafts aesthetic.This particular keypad model, that goes with the handle, allows me to designate combinations to different individuals, and also remotely lock and unlock the door.I’m very happy with my purchase.

Looks great and is sturdy! The lower bolt (opposite the latch on top) is adjustable so you can move it up or down to fit through the hole in the door. The most difficult part of installation was that the bottom hole on my door was too small to fit this bolt so I just used a bigger drill bit to widen it.

Easy to install and matches really well with my Schlage Encode Smart lock. I didn’t install the pin/screw on the bottom part of the outside handle but it still works just as well.

I got the matching smart lock and needed this set to complete the lock combo. Although it is on the expensive side it’s totally worth it! I like the matte black look with my door color. However, be mindful that you will possibly need to drill a hole in your door if your previous handle didn’t require one.

Much less expensive than a similar product at the local brick and mortar stores. Highly recommend.

Major upgrade from the gross 90’s gold handle I had when I moved in. Install was fairly easy but I did struggle to get the hole at the bottom drilled in to my metal door. Now that I’ve had it installed a few months, I love it. Glides well. I paired it with a smart lock and it works great. (I didn’t rate the locking part because I got just the handle - no locking mechanism.)

Made well and seems like it will hold up.

Our door looks so much better than before! I was hoping this would feel as nice as it looks, and I was right.
