Redbarn Large Beef Tendons, All-Natural Dog Chews 10-Count

This is the second time I’ve ordered this product. The first order was fine. This time the large tendons were obviously substituted for the 6” small. Someone at Monster Pets shipping got a little too lazy to fill the order properly. I have a 100 lb Labrador power chewer. These little bite size treats are not worth the price. Not going to bother with this again.

My Shih Tzu is so picky that there are few treats that "perk him up", and often times if we buy something from a different manufacturer that is supposedly a similar product, he knows and simply avoids it. (Yes, he's spoiled rotten! ;) ).Anyway, we've always gone with Merrick Wishbones and have never looked back. Until now that is. As our stash has run lower and lower, I've watched for their brand to become available ANYWHERE. No luck. So... I took a chance on Redbarn's offering. I can see a slight difference (at least in the batch that we got), but my Shih Tzu grabbed it up without a hitch. I'll have no problem purchasing this brand again.Just a side note, since he's such a small dog, leaving the others wrapped, I cut these one piece at a time, using my scroll saw, into 4 to 6 pieces with him only getting one of the cuts per day, so obviously they last us quite a while.

I have purchased this item 18 times and my dog absolutely loves them!!! They keep her busy for hours. This time however, my package of ten tendons included three that were only 3 inches long!! And the other seven, although 7-9 inches, were scrawny and thin, not thick like all the others I have gotten. I was very disappointed and do not know if I will buy them again. My dog finished off the three inch one in ten minutes. Certainly not worth the price. Will have to now look for something else.

My Belgian Malinois loves these, and the big ones last longer than some other chews on the market. I won’t use antlers, hooves, horns or even Nylabones as they can break teeth (my previous Malinois broke a tooth in half on a nylabone and had to have the rest of the tooth removed surgically). I do order these every couple of months, but this last order I got some much smaller ones in the mix, which is a bit sad. The smaller ones won’t last very long as he is a power chewer and currently weighs a little over 60 lbs.

My two dogs go through 1-2 of these a week. My local pet store which I love sells these for $3 each which is painful on my wallet.I was very pleased to find these in a multipack online. My only complaint is that this not so much a multipack as a package of 10 individually wrapped chews. The plastic waste is a bit much but definitely not enough to deter me from ordering these again.

I was happy to find the Red Barn Tendons which I used to buy at the dog show, but with no dog shows now was glad to find a vendor on line

My 6 year old Shih-Tzu loves these! It’s like a pacifier, he has to take it to bed with him and “ chew” himself to sleep 😉

My lab puppy devours these things. Absolutely loves them. I was steered toward these instead of bully sticks or rawhide because of recommendation by our Vet. One of these lasts anywhere from a day to up to three days with our lab, depending on his attention span. They don't really have a smell to them once opened, but they will smell a bit once the dog gets a hold of it and chews on it. The smell isn't terrible so it is not like you can smell it across the room. We will continue to purchase them as treats for him and to keep him busy.
