I tried this wrap out when I was 5 months pregnant, and I was barely able to get it tied. And, in trying to get it secured, the wrap was so close to my chest that I don't think that a baby could have fit. It would certainly have been a struggle to put in the baby; and I doubt he'd be very comfortable. I didn't feel confident that there was enough room, and that the tie would be sufficient to securely hold my baby. If you are thin, this wrap may still work for you. If you are size 10 or above, it probably will not.I also selected this wrap because of the rings. I liked that it could be used as a wrap or a ring sling. However the instructions state that the wrap should not be used as a ring sling! The product listing is misleading. Don't market the rings, and don't state in your images that it can be used as a ring sling if it cannot. (At the time of writing this review the products third image states "Equipped for use as a ring sling" in the top left corner.)The fabric is also very firm, like a thick linen. I think the material is less suited for use as a baby sling. I purchased a Boba whose fabric has some elasticity, while still remaining supportive. There is no stretch/give in the fabric of the Lazy Monk wrap. I thought this would be a plus for the Lazy Monk. However after sticking my cat into the Boba, the Lazy Monk wrap would not have been able to support and cradle the baby during movement. These wraps, in my opinion, need a little give - like a bra versus a dress shirt. Bras have a little stretch while remaining supportive. Wearing a super tight dress shirt wouldn't offer the same support as a bra would. That is how the Lazy Monk wrap felt to me, like a very tight men's dress shirt.

I love baby wearing so much that I've pretty much tried all the wraps/slings. I ordered this one because it looks so versatile, and I figured I would try it out. I'm so glad that I did! First of all it's so soft, my daughter loves being carried around in it. It's also so comfortable, it really hugs your body in the right ways, that she feels perfectly content being held in it. It's going to be a great one to carry in our diaper bag too when she just wants to be closer to me and I need free hands (think farmer's markets or traveling). Super excited about this purchase!

I love this baby carrier. It’s a little thicker material which is good for cooler days or if you have a baby that likes to be naked majority of the time. Baby felt secure in the wrap and comfortable. One thing i would point out is that it’s a good amount shorter than my other brand baby wraps, but I don’t think it would cause any problems. Actually made it easier to tie and work with.

My 3 week old baby and I have been LOVING our Lazy Monk baby sling. It is very comfortable, made with high quality, soft fabric and it is easy to put on. My baby was not a fan of another carrier we were using so I’m grateful this one is working out. I also like that it comes with rings as well so that you can have the “ring sling” option. This is a great baby sling for an affordable price.

This is a great wrap! I am a big fan of the soft fabric and that it’s versatile between a wrap and a sling with the included rings. My babe is cozy and comfortable. Recommend!

The wrap was very good quality but still thin which is nice because I live in a hotter climate. I have a boba wrap that I can not use at all during the summer/spring/fall time because it’s too thick. This wrap will take the place of the boba 100%! The material is very strong yet thin yet soft which I love. It also comes with aluminum rings so you can turn it into a sling wrap which is amazing! I can’t say enough good things about this wrap! Thank you lazy monk!

I am very impressed with this carrier by Lazy Monk. It is soft, breathable, and easy to use. I also love how versatile it is. Not only can it be used as a baby carrier, but can be used as a nursing cover, blanket, or more. I would highly recommend this product to any mommies-to-be or mothers of babies.

we have gotten a lottttttt of use out of this wrap. I used it from about 2 weeks old until 7 months (22lbs) and will most likely use it again in the future he is just heavy now! I’m a natural warm person so this is a pretty breathable material, comfortable, easy to figure out, and washable. Definitely recommend.
