Worth the purchase!!
I've had this for about two months and would have to say its the best all around device if you have a newer tv. It has all the plug-ins needed-wifi/bluetooth built in,two usb plugs, sd card for expanision,ir plug, and micro usb for power. Add a power usb hub and you have all thats need to make this the ultimate pc. I plug in a wireless mouse, keyboard, and a portable hard drive. This is also great if you add xbmc app for all your tv shows and movies, great hd picture and sound. No complaints, fits behind tv and if you have a usb plug-in behind your tv, use that for power... no one would even know you had it (smart tv).... if you like gadgets get one of these. :)ps: great if you like custom roms

Decent stick...
Did not work well for my purpose - streaming HD content locally over my Wi-Fi network, I ended up returning the unit after trying to get it to work better.

Not an expert ....
I'm not an Android expert. Don't even own an Android phone. But I'm familiar enough with the OS that I can plug around without too much worry. I've had this for about 1 week now and here is my general experience.Packaging: Nothing fancy, does the job. Worth keeping if you plan to store the unit.Product: Worked out of the box with some minor things to take care of. The video output res. my TV (Samsung) didn't like. Lots of noise with glitchy edges. Changed output to 1020x720, works well AFTER reboot. Basic apps are installed.I spent way too much time getting this thing to see my WIFI before I realized I was not broadcasting my SSID. There is no manual SSID with passcode entry so you have to rely on the scan. It saw my router right away (after broadcast was turned on) but none of my neighbors, who all broadcast their SSID's. So I suspect the unit has a limited range. NO NETWORK PORT so you must use WIFI or a USB converter. This one comes with a about an 8" HDMI cord. You want this. You can plug directly into your TV IF you have the room, I needed the cord. Also came with an IR antenna and remote. Probably the worst IR and remote I've ever used. Antenna is not sensitive and the remote, well, just about useless. I have a wireless keyboard/mouse which works fine but I'm looking into an air mouse.Once online I installed a couple of apps without issue, watched a couple of you tube vids, and looked a a few pictures. Overall pretty satisfied with the product. Works as well for these tasks as my laptop hooked to the TV but with a lot less room!I wish it had a longer power cord. I've read that these are power sensitive so I don't know if an extension USB cord will work or not.

Not bad but....
To be fair it is not bad. I am dissapointed because I was expecting to be able to use a USB webcam with Google Hangouts. The webcam is not detected at all and thus Hangouts and even Skype cannot use it. I usually use it with Linux so it is not a Windows only webcam (Logitech). Also, I tried using the mentioned apps for voice calls and this didn't work either, I tried on two different wifi networks, no luck, the connection usually isn't established or fails a couple of seconds later. The rest is good, I would buy a keyboard with a touchpad, I used the Logitech one, works great. The remote as mentioned in the other review is not very useful. It is great to surf the web and use Android apps. TVs should allow you to install full Android directly on them, it would be more useful than their simple OSs with limited apps.I wish Ugoos would upgrade the Android version, it should not be hard since it is a stock version of Android.
