Quality of the chrome is excellent, and the knurling is crisp and consistent. The end-fittings are plastic, so no rust stains, and appear to be sturdy. Installation was easy, though I had a very minor issue with a trim cap over the screw hole (broke one). Customer service took care of me.I bought a different brand earlier, before I came across this one, and wasn't happy with it. There is no comparison on the quality difference. This is the one you want.

Great item love it

I was going to buy a shower stool/seat for my shower but just couldn't justify a WHOLE seat in a 48" shower just to shave. I didn't want it to turn into an enormous shelf either. Then I found this product! It is perfect, works great and has a very nice look, I love the knurled texture. A few people have thought it was a weirdly placed grab bar when I explain what it is they are blown away. This came very nicely packaged, my only complaint is that it has plastic backing, but because of where it gets screwed through the metal pole it does not effect the durability. I think the cost is a little high, but its only because this is a relatively new product with minimal options available. I am not against paying a high fee for good quality but this didn't feel like a heavy brass like i was hoping. Still, completely worth the buy.

This is a great product. Easy to install. The bar is very attractive and has a non slip surface so your foot does not slide off. This makes shaving your legs so much easier.

Great item but why put plastic clips with a chrome product?? One of the clips broke!
