Good product

The iPhone arrived to me a day earlier than projected in non original packaging. It seems from other photographs that users have posted that the condition of the device varies from order to order so I will simply state how mine arrived. The condition of my iPhone is impeccable. As you can see from the photographs provided, there are no scratches or signs of damage. I’m not sure exactly what is refurbished on this device though I wouldn’t be surprised if I found out it was at least a new chassis and back panel. Though the screen is also perfect aside from a few micro scratches that can only be seen if the display is off and in the right lighting conditions. So small that even my camera didn’t pick it up. The battery health is sitting at 89% so still well over the quoted minimum of 80%. Though that is to say this device is not without signs of use. The cleanliness of the device is good on the surface though there was a bit of dirt build up in the mute slider and speaker grills. Again not something you’d spot unless you were looking for it. Though if you are expecting something brand new then you should instead buy something brand new. The fact of the matter is that you’re getting a premium iPhone for half the price that’s still fully updated and supported. And judging by apples track record of keeping their phones updated; will be the case for at least the next three years. There are equivalently priced android phones being sold this year that will loose support sooner. So yes I do recommend this product to those looking for an iPhone on a budget.

The first device arrived with problems, and I returned it. Full review below. I am now writing on the second device that arrived a couple of weeks later. And what I have to say is: it is excellent. Everything works perfectly, the speakers, the cameras, the sensors, etc. Only sign of use is an extremely small dent on the bottom, close to the lighting port. It would already be virtually invisible, but as I always have a case on, it is effectively non-existent. Highly recommend if you are willing to be acceptive that the first try may not be the one. Return it and try again! =========== First order review: I was delighted to unbox this when it arrived: Visually perfect, not the smallest scratch, battery at 100% health. On a generic box, yes, but who cares! A few minutes later, I found what I thought was the only gotcha: the bottom speaker did not work, and sometimes made a hissing noise. I was concerned about that noise, as it could lead to incredibly awkward situations, but it went away and I can live with only one speaker. However, after three weeks in, another issue surfaced: The primary camera is dead. The front camera works, the telephoto camera works (though with an awful focus, probably Apple uses the primary sensor to compute the object's distance), but switching to the primary it's all black. Tried a reboot, no luck. I never let it had even the smallest shock, and it was always inside a very good protective case. That's an issue I cannot live with, I'm returning the item.

Great price and delivery initially, however… nearly at the end of the 12 month warranty my son dropped his phone on a carpeted floor and the whole screen has separated from the chassis of the phone (obviously had a screen replacement previously and not stuck down correctly) anyway, we sent it back to them for repair to be told it has been caused by user induced damage. Ok fair enough. But the screen should just smash and not come away from the phone. I’m told the warranty is now void and If I want my phone back I have to pay them a £20 admin fee which is ridiculous or get them to repair it at a cost (this we are awaiting a quote) so either way, to get my phone back I have to pay them something. Be very careful ordering this in case you come in to an issue

Very pleased with this iphone xs in 2025. Very good condition and a nice 100% battery health. Bought this phone predominantly for phone and text and keep in apple ecosystem. Use my other phone for photography., video etc..

I am really happy with my new phone wanted an upgrade but nothing too expensive and this is just perfect. The iPhone XS that I got came with 100% battery health which is really good came with a free case which I didn’t know about and also a free year warranty and three months replacement scheme where you can trade your phone for another one super happy.

Like many others, I was a little hesitant about what I'd get when buying a refurb phone. I can happily say though that I am really pleased with what I got. No visible signs of previous use - pretty much looks and works as if new. The battery was at 81% health so I guess I got a little unlucky there however, it still lasts me almost 2 days so that's plenty. I like the specs of the iphone XS with facial recognition and screen size. And all for just a fraction of the new price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone. Probably I wouldn't ever buy a new phone again.

Great replacement for my iPhone that died suddenly. Every bit as good as the listing stated. Sure beats paying $1000 for a new one when this one serves my needs.

this product is really really great. im very happy with the quality and everything about it. the only slight problem i had was not with the phone but the packaging because the phone didn't fit in the little plastic container and it fell out when i opened it. it had a short deep scratch which is fine because the phone is refurbished and the batteries capacity was 92%. i highly recommend purchasing from this seller

El equipo me llego con muy buena estetica, me encanto apesar de ser un equipo de segunda mano esta aceptable me fascino cambie el aspecto de un iphone 6s a un XS la verdad sigo enamorada de estos equipos, la condicion de la bateria es de 80% pero me ha durado bastante y eso que e estado jugando corre muy bien el software muy rapido quedo satisfecha con mi compra y lo recomiendo ampliamente
