The M 7/8 fit my son that’s usually a 10. He said the belt piece bothered him and the neck closes up high.

Overall you can’t beat the price of this costume elsewhere. My 6.5 year old girl wore this. It was a slight big long, but I rolled the sleeves and there were no issues. Because the bottom of the sleeves and pants are black, you cannot tell they are rolled. You also cannot tell it is a boys costume once it is on. The mask was a slight bit big on her head though. I would caution that the fabric snags easily. I accidentally had the Velcro of the belt on the fabric and it snagged. Not too bad, but could be worse if it keeps snagging.

This costume is holding up well considering it is made from that typical thin, polyester looking material. Our son is 3 1/2 yrs old, but is husky at 58 lbs and 44 inches tall. The size 7-8 fit him perfect with room for a fitted T-shirt inside for night time.It has survived an 8 hour visit to Disneyland and a 4 hour Halloween party. My husband put it in the washer and dryer and I was sure that would be the death of the costume. But, surprisingly, the Velcro closure on the back and belt are intact. It did not shrink, color is intact, there are no "runs" in the material, and none of the threads came loose. We will get one more use out of it on Halloween and I'm sure it will be in good enough condition to pass on to our youngest son.

Shipping was a few days faster than expected. My son tried it on and it fit perfect, so its true to size just like the information stated. The product itself is very comfortable and my son was able to act like Dash all over our living room.

This costume was well made and my son loved it! Comfortable and flexible for play after Halloween too.

This costume was a huge success my son loved it normally he complains about the costumes feeling itchy and uncomfortable but he didn’t with this one also package arrived on time, looked just as advertised fit was ok wasn’t expecting it to fit exactly as he is a bit skinny, material and stitching held up after washing no complaints this was a good purchase

I bought this for my 6 year old and I ended up cutting about 4 inches off the legs and he still has room to grow into it! The mask is a really nice quality but I would say this costume definitely runs large. The belt isn't attached like it seems in the picture and velcros together which is nice if your child has a larger midsection. This costume held up really well Halloween night considering my son was constantly playing in the bounce houses at the festival.

Got this for my 4 yr old, in a size 7. I expected it to be a bit big, and it was. He wore it to Disney's Not So Scary Halloween and was very comfortable in it on the rides and walking everywhere. Only problem we had was with the mask; the strap was much too small. But, we had also gotten his sister a Violet costume in a 10 and her mask fit him perfectly.He loved that it was "the real" Dash costume and not the muscle one. As he said "I have my own muscles."
