Light Society LS-C239-BZ-CL Montreal 5-Light Chandelier, Bronze with Clear Glass Shades, Contemporary Modern Pendant Lamp

Not impressed with this product at all. Light Society needs to be doing better quality checks. ALL of the arms on this fixture were crooked with one being SEVERELY noticeable. The crooked arm even flickered every now and then. I was outside of the return window with this product, but was fortunate that Amazon was willing to take the item back. I did have to pay an $11 restocking fee, but that was better than being left stuck with this subpar chandelier.

This is not a review, but a problem that needs to be addressed. Your email arrived this morning, and ironically it is the day I was having the fixture installed. After the electrician had it mounted, the first thing we noticed was that one of the arms for holding a light was crooked. Then we tried to screw in the pieces that attached to the bottom of the lights and found that one of them was not treaded; so we could not insert the last of the decorative endings. This is a stunner for a price you can’t beat! The larger Edison bulbs really did the trick and gave it more of a Wow factor. I keep taking the bottom stems on and off, I can’t decide which way I like better yet! The item came with 3 glass cylinders that had hairline cracks in them (noticeable when the light shines through... I contacted the company that sells them via their email and requested 3 new glass cylinders. They responded within maybe 2 hours and sent the 3 replacements very quickly, without hassle and without an additional charge. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Wanted to match the pendants I got from light society so naturally I got this set to match. It came crooked out of the box and had to be hand turned which wasn't too bad. Looks great now that it's installed. It comes with multiple extensions which allow for height adjustability. This is the type of light that works well over a dining table or tall ceiling but not for a 8' ceiling you need to walk under.

This light is perfect and exactly as pictured! Very easy to assemble even for a novice like myself! One of the glass pieces had a small crack and the customer service was phenomenal! My new part is Otw and that’s only after sending the email request hours ago. Highly recommend this for the price and the quality!

There is a gap between the vaulted ceiling and the base- but not fixtures fault. My brother installed and he said it was easy. Looks more black than bronzed. Still great quality.

First I want to say that I love the look of this chandelier comparitively it is a great value as well. My only concern on this Is that the threading on the 6" extension rod is not very secure. I had to get a replacement chandelier due to one of the arms being manufacturered off center and the threading nearly caused the lamp to fall after hanging it. I checked the other package and it was the same thing. The 8" and higher rods were completely fine though.That being said I'd still recommend this product. It looks great and was otherwise easy to install.

Looks great in our bathroom. Took a bit to get it all together, but really happy with it. I put round LED Amazon Edison bulbs in it and it brightens our bathroom so much over the builder grade dome light that was here before. Big difference in lighting and in looks.
