Mirror Mount Bracket for Valentine V1 Radar Detectors - V1 (3001004)

If like me you're tired of constantly reattaching your radar detector to the windshield (due to suction cups not holding), this product is for you!Have found my radar detector numerous times, either on the floor or dangling from the power cord still attached. Hanging by the power cord occurred so many times eventually caused a broken solder joint in the radar detector's power connector. Not to mentioning dropping electronics again and again of course not the best thing for longevity.Came across this product and ordered. Attached to my mirror in less than five minutes (my mirror very similar to the product picture) using the supplied allen wrench. The products two ball joints allowed me to neatly tuck my V1 right under my mirror. I can adjust the mirror and not affect the position of the V1. Can easily remove the V1 from this mount in under five seconds. No more suction cup marks on the windshield.For what problems this product solves would gladly have paid twice the price.A most definite highest recommendation.Pros* Keeps radar detector perfectly positioned and out of the way* Mirror can be adjusted without moving detector* No more suction cup marks on windshield* No more damage occurring from suction cup losing grip* Very easy to remove detector (when leaving car with valet or getting it washed etc)* Very good price considering the quality and problems it solves.Cons* Not finding this sooner!

This is the perfect V1 mount in my Model Y. It didn’t fit around the mirror stem so I improvised a bit. This took maybe 30 mins to install. Blendmount is way to expensive and this works perfectly.

Really its a pretty good deal for sure quite solid and holds the detector nice, yeah its no blend mount but for the $$$ zero issues

Own a 2020 C8 Corvette Stingray and this was purchased to mount a Valentine One (gen 2) radar detector under the mirror. Works well overall but this does limit the movement of the rear view mirror. Not a big deal (to me) as I leave the mirror in the rear view camera mode and don't need to tilt/adjust the mirror - but if you use the normal rear view mirror mode you may have a difficult time adjusting the mirror for your position.

Nice quality mount made of alloy. The factory suction cups on my V1G2 are horrible. This is a nice upgrade. Fits perfect in my Gen III Viper!

Super easy to install. It fit my 2021 Chevy Colorado truck well. It is made of all metal parts, feels sturdy, and it my Valentine 1 Gen 2 easily. I'd recommend for the price!

Perfect mount. It looks great, and no pesky suction cups. The seller was great to answer any questions I had and was a real friendly guy. He made sure my package arrived as soon as possible. I ordered on a Friday, and they came in on Monday. Excellent customer service.Now for the mount. It eliminates the pesky suction cups and also allows for ease of use with my V1. It adds a clean look, and it NEVER wobbles. Very solid build material, and it came with everything preassembled. And it had the torx tool included too!I absolutely cannot complain about this product at all. My radar looks great and doesn't move at all while driving, even off road. The seller went out of his way as well. Spend the extra bit of money and make your V1 experience better, and get this mount.
