I bought this for my 5 yr old nephew as a birthday gift and i'm really happy to hear thatthey love this birthday gift. Many times he drop it off the table but due to thanks its protective case which is keeping it safe. Suprisingly he doesnt need his mom's phone anymore after he received this tablet so mom & kid are both happy. While using this tablet with my nephew i figured out few points which i would like to highlight as below:-1. This can connect to Wifi & Bluetooth2. It can download contents from Google play3. 16 GB included but can be upgraded to 32 GB4. Parental controls to control access5. MicroSD card can be inserted to access more videosThere are few areas of improvement which can be done :-1. Touch can be improved a bit although not bad i must say2. Battery type is 2500 mAh which i hope they will upgrade in future releases

We bought this for our toddler to use for education. I knew the specs were a little on the low side, but for the price it was worth a try.The first thing I noticed was how slow the tablet was. I started changing settings to help the tablet with the limited amount of RAM it has. When I was changing settings, I found the tablet is not Google play certified. When these android devices are not certified, they are not supposed to be using the play store and they are not supposed to have any of the Google suite installed.After I saw that, I didn't even feel comfortable putting my payment information in the device. It is very possible for any un certified device to be infected with spyware or back doors that could give access to the device and to steal information.Also, in the 45 minutes that I was setting the tablet up, the battery fell from 65 percent to 15 percent in that time period. So even if it was a good tablet, it would be completely useless since the battery life is absolutely terrible.I also didn't find the $80 worth of software, books or videos that are supposed to be on there. Bottom line is, spend a little more, even double the money and you will find many tablets with at least 2gb of ram that are also Google Play certified.Complete waste of time, but luckily Amazon makes it super easy to return items.

I get that it's a low end product, but the performance of this tablet is terrible. It takes forever to turn on, which by the way, because of the poor battery life, you want to keep it turned off (off-off) when not in use. Say you need to connect to wifi, it takes forever to drop down the menu when. You swipe down. Clicking on the settings results in another long wait (probably about a minute) for the wifi setti to display etc. This has caused more frustration than it has solved. Returned.Edit: Received email from seller with the following "In addition, We would like to provide a $ 10 gift cad for you. We purchased this for our grandson, and the screen stopped working within 2 months. We purchased the extended warranty but it is still covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Asurion provided the telephone number to call. I have been trying to call this company for days with no luck. Their customer service is the pits. You call and get put on hold and then in 2 minutes ( I have timed it every time) it says to email or leave a message and hangs up on you. Or you call at 4:45 central time and the customer service line is already shut off? What kind of business do you run?

Wow, I was deceived by all of the (what I realize now must be fake) positive reviews. This tablet is horribly slow. After spending 2 hours setting it up, I realized that it is not Google Play certified and Netflix is not compatible with this device. The Q&A by the Seller stated that it was, which is 50% of the reason we even bought this thing. Extremely disappointed, I will be returning. Such a waste of time and money, and a heartbroken little girl who received a terrible Christmas present.

This tablet came packaged well, nothing missing. Arrived on time also!As for the tablet, I bought this for my granddaughter, as someone stepped on her original tablet purchased last year. This 7" tablet is perfect for kids! It comes pre-loaded with apps, so there is not much to load, and the battery was move than halfway charged. My granddaughter was able to play with it right out of the box! I really like when sellers do that. It's like giving a kid a toy that needs power and doesn't come with batteries. Yep, that's what it's like. Kids do not like to wait, and most kids would make things a bit miserable. Not the case here!The tablet comes with a nice rubber 'ish type case to protect it in case child drops it or bumps the tablet into something, it will still work.Overall, my granddaughter loves her tablet. Mom says it's a pretty good one. It doesn't get stuck on a page or take forever to load. Speed is good! It won't break your bank account, either! Tablet comes with case. You can always add a sim card for more space, if needed.I highly recommend this nice, sturdy tablet for children!

Bought it 10 days ago. Opened it Christmas morning (1 week ago). There is a crack right down the middle of the screen .. nothing is working to the left of that crack. And all of the buttons are on that side of course. So the tablet is basically useless now.When it DID work, it was SO SLOW. Took at least a minute to open up the application we clicked on.The “audio books” are not audio, just pictures.You can barely hear a video.We searched for Netflix and Disney plus in the App Store .. nothing.The 100% charge lasted about an hour and a half. Not even being used either.BELIEVE ALL THE REVIEWS AND DO NOT BUY THIS.
