I was looking for a portable heating pad which can relieve my fatigue & back pain after a long drive. Came across this product as this is battery operated & offers various heating levels. Found it very useful. It heats up withing minutes & is very easy to carry as well. Battery lasts for good time.

I have purchased a full set of belt with rechargeable battery and another battery separately but both the batteries are taking hell of a time in getting recharge.Sometimes the charging goes on indefinitely.

I ordered this for my dad as he is suffering from severe back pain. I paid an extra Rs.150 to have it delivered the same day. The battery would not charge making the product completely useless. On top of that, customer service is equally pathetic. When you charge premium money, the service should be equivalent as well. If the product is not working properly, it is Amazon's responsibility to make sure they deliver a product or have the manufacturer deliver the product ASAP.

The power bank is not getting charged & is dysfunctional. There’s no online support from the company.I have used the same product myself and the power bank recharging is perfect for the last 2 years. But this gift is giving problems and there’s no online support available

Found this product very useful in relieving the back pain. Wanted to have something on back pain which is wireless & found this suiting my requirement. It heats up quickly & provides relief within minutes. The heating area covers large portion as well. Battery backup is good.

The heat pad length is not enough for a person with 44" waist. Being not that lengthy it has become useless to me.
