Insert the shoe stretchers with the back piece facing down.2. Depending on the areas to stretch, follow these steps:◆ Length: rotate the black knob clockwise until the shoe fits, then give it half to an entire twist more to start stretching.◆ Width: turn the metal hook at the end of the stretchers clockwise until the shoe fits, then give it half a twist more to stretch.◆ Height: tie the laces then slide the instep extender inside the top of the shoes.◆ Bunions: insert the attachments wherever needed in the strategically placed holes before you start to stretch.3. Leave them in place for 24-48h to get the best results. For thick leather consider using also a shoe stretcher spray (not included).- The heels should be under 6cm.
