Smartphone adapter is useless
Was sent a different smartphone adapter to the one advertised, it’s totally useless and not fit for purpose, cannot find a way to contact seller to get them to send me the correct one

Excellent entry level Telescope
We bought this after a good friend named a star after my wife's parents. It's an excellent telescope and I recommend it to anyone looking for a decent, value, entry level telescope. One small thing is that although the basic set-up instructions are presented well in a glossy booklet, there is no more detailed information about the spare lenses and the mobile phone holder. I had to refer to other listings on Amazon to find out more.

Avoid
The instructions are useless and the telescope stand is flimsy. Because if this, using the telescope is hard work. We have yet to get it working where we can see the moon properly. All in all I would avoid this, spend a bit more and get a decent one.

Very poor quality.
Careful those who buy. Its waste of money and not even worth £10. Manual full of spelling / grammar errors, Smartphone holder cannot be used. Both lens dodgy. A very poor product . Returning now

Missing piece
The phone adapter piece is missing and I am still unable to view anything properly it is viewing upside down I need to contact seller

Great telescope
The overall product gets a thumbs up however the phone adaptor is a mystery as to were it aytatches to? If any one has any idea please feel free to enlighten me!

Nice clear view of the moon.
The media could not be loaded. TIP: don't forget to add a lens and take the end cap off.This is a great starter telescope. I bought this as a Xmas present but I took it out for a test drive to make sure it met my expectations.At first I thought it only had a tiny tripod but it actually has clever telescopic legs that make it a good height for everyone.I love the fact that it can all be packed into a backpack so it can be easily transported around.Set up is pretty straight forward and you can be setup nice and quick.I'm hopeful, my recipient will be happy. Fingers crossed
