VitanicaSkin Assist, Skin Support, Vegan, 180 Capsules

I've used this product for about 6 months now and have seen great improvements in my acne. I started taking 3 capsules 2x a day. I think the bottle says you can do 3 capsules 3x a day but, it wasn't convenient for me to take them midday. Since then I've tapered down to 2 capsules 2x a day and my skin is holding steady. I have hormonal acne so big angry blemishes on my lower chin and neck area. It's much more under control now than it was at the beginning of the year. This isn't the only acne product I use, of course, but it's the only new thing I've added to my routine this year. I am a believer and will continue to buy this product!

This supplement has completely transformed my skin. I'm a 34 year old female and ended up having a year of some of the worst break outs of my life (face, arms, and back). This did not work for my adult acne. I typically use Ovablend by the same company and that seems to do the job. I thought I would try this based on reviews but wish I didn't. Unfortunately I wasted my money.

There's a lot of vitamins on the market out there that claim to help with problem skin, but these vitamins actually do the job! Think of these as a step up to prenatal vitamins. I used to take antibiotics to keep my skin under control and now I take these instead. I highly recommend these! The dosage on the bottle says to take 3 pills 2 times per day, but I just take 3 pills with dinner and it works just fine. This product was recommended to me by a naturopathic doctor in Seattle who has been working with me on skincare.

AMAZING product! I'm completely in love with my results! I kept being told by my dermatologist that my only cure for my severe acne was Accutane. One day I ran across this with all my hopes that it would work and it sure did within 3 months I saw a huge difference! I highly recommend this product to anyone battling acne!!!

This product works so well. For years I battled cystic hormonal acne (severe enough for accutane, but I refused) along my chin and jawline. I tried crazy health diets, tons of topical treatments, hormonal birth control...etc. Nothing worked. Since taking these daily, I rarely break out, and in general I feel physically better. I think this product really balanced my hormones naturally and corrected some nutritional deficiencies. I noticed improvement right away, but the most significant was after about 2 months of consistently taking 3 pills daily. It is worth every cent!

This stuff seriously works, at least for me. I notice a significant difference when I take these pill. It was recommended that I take 3, twice at day, but I only seem to need to take them once a day. well worth it.
