Makes a Great Cuppa!
This is excellent coffee, and I like that it is tested for molds and other mycotoxins. I have recently learned that they can be an issue in coffee, because it is shade-grown in damp climates. The taste is delicious and truly easy on the stomach due to its low-acid quality.Highly recommended, and worth the price.

Use in our breville espresso machine
I've ordered this brand three times now, always getting two bags at a time. We go with the medium-dark roast beans and grind them fresh each morning to make our lattes. We've tried a lot of different coffee brands over the years—even used beans from our local coffee shop for a while—but decided to give this one a try because of the low-acid claims. I'm happy to say it lives up to the promise—I no longer get heartburn after my morning coffee.I also really appreciate that they test for mold. That was a big factor for me, especially while dealing with histamine sensitivity. The quality and peace of mind are worth it—and the taste is excellent. We make our lattes with steamed vanilla almond milk and Hollander sauces or syrups, and the flavor is consistently smooth and rich.Highly recommend giving it a try!

Tasty coffee
This is really good coffee. Expensive but tasty. Trying to do better for my body by not buying commercial coffee that can have mold and other toxins. Not sure if I will buy it again because of the cost.

Have to use a lot to make a strong cup of coffee.
I had to use twice what I normally use of my other brand to get the coffee to be as strong as I liked. It has an okay flavor, decent aroma. I will finish the bag but will not purchase more. Wanted something new, this caused a lot, but that's my bag.

Good but...
I really enjoy this coffee when it's vacuum sealed properly. I've been buying this for probably a month or so. I picked it out as it was a more affordable option for coffee tested for micro toxins and mold as well as being low acid. The first package I received was sealed very tight meaning the grounds were not moving in the bag and the bag didn't budge when squeezed. It was delicious and when we finished it, I bought more. The second bag was not as tightly sealed as the first and I noticed the flavor was not as bold. Out of each order, only 2 have had well sealed bags and I buy bother the dark roast and the medium roast. If each bag was consistently sealed tight I would give this 5 stars.

Just try it! Delicious and so smooth!
We love this super smooth coffee! Yes, it’s pricey but not having mold or toxins is important and hard to find - we decided to use this as our “weekend coffee” as a treat.

Rated Low due to STEMS & TWIGS IN BAG!
I rated this coffee low for one specific reason. First, the flavor. It was AMAZING!! Smooth, rich without being too strong. Just the way I like it. I was convinced I had found my new low acid coffee bean!! Then, my $6,000 Jura machine started making really bad sounds after I had dumped some beans from the bag into the hopper. When I pulled out the grounds container in my machine, I found a piece of what looked like a twig or thick stem amongst the grounds. I quickly pulled out the beans I had poured in the hopper & dumped them along with the rest of the beans in the bag into a bowl where I closely inspected them. I found more pieces of wood (or what I believe was wood). The only good thing that came out of this experience is that my VERY EXPENSIVE Jura machine was not ruined. I am sending it in for full cleaning & inspection since it continues to make odd noises at times but I'm hopeful it's just the years of use & not something damaged by having wood go through the grinder. Sad that this is the report since the coffee was spectacular. I guess if you're willing to inspect every bag & you grind your coffee separately, this might work for you but I won't risk it again.
