Great for watch mods
I purchased these to add some color to my watches, the product is thin and light weight so they won’t damage the modules inside. The book is firm but easy to fan through with lots of colors.

Took it apart and used the gels on LED's and Flash heads
Save tons of money if you get creative and take the book apart (You need good set of cutting pliers). These various gels work and fit perfectly over my flash heads, and on my LED video lights. Very affordable, helped me create creative images and lighting. It's just meant as a sample pack, but the gels are all functional. I highly recommend them! I bought 4 so I could duplicate the gels on my various lights and saved tons of money and hassle buying larger gels and cutting them to size.

Great small scale product!
I actually got this to customize the dashboard lights on my car so this small sampler was perfect!! Gave me a beautiful gradient color scheme! Plus they are heat and uv resistant so the color won't turn white from being hot. Glad I was able to grab one of these. Thanks!

Intended for professional use, less usable for amateur purposes
This is quite interesting thing, but it should be noted that it is intended to correct lightning for the professional movie filming, when specific brands and types of film media are used. So, while some filters may be used for home studio or other DIY work, most of them are unusable, since they consume way too much of input light, or remove very specific color wavelengths, which you won't notice and won't use at all.Interestingly, my order, which was shipped by "barn door outfitters", included not only "cinegel" samples, but also "Calcolor", "Storaro Selection" and "Cinelux" samples. So it is quite interesting to just have a look, what PRO's use during moviemaking.WARNING: Heat resistant filters are apropriately named, and if heat resistance info is not given on the attached label, this means that filter is VERY NOT HEAT resistant, even slight heat will melt it (for example, heat of 1 watt led).If you decide to get bigger sizes, you can visit their website, but prices are quite high. Remember, this is pro world and they have huge budgets. So, going with Rosco products for home studio/diy is not a great idea at all.

Great DIY ND Filter
I used a certain sample as a DIY ND filter and worked great. No vignette whatsoever or any glares that I'm aware of. Probably not the best but for the price it is a great alternative for cheap ND Filter or for lenses with large front Aspherical elements.

Good substitute for Lee filter
I love it, but it was a little bit smaller than I expected. I use it for modding LCD watches, you can get about 3 decent cuts per filter. I would not hesitate to get this again.
