1741SK / Big Horn 21060 Pair 1/2 Inch Skew Wood Chisels

The back of the chisels were dead on flat, but the cutting edges required final honing. Six strokes on 600 grit wet/dry sandpaper on float glass was all that was necessary to make them serviceable. I used these chisels to clean out the sharp corners on bow tie key inlays on red oak boards, they are still very sharp after cleaning out five inlays. The chisel is very comfortable in hand and created no hot spots while paring.
