I have no idea if these are helping but I read they were key in vitamin D3 absorbency which I’ve started taking. It contained a leaflet with interesting information which confirmed what I’d already heard and read.Prompt delivery

No nasties in these, easy to swallow and consistent high standard of product made in the UK. I take these alongside my vitamin D3 capsules and they do the job!

I like that it has no unneeded chemicals in it. Some of the capsules seem to have been subjected to too much heat at some point because quite a few capsules were bent out of shape and stuck together in a clump which I had to carefully prise apart. No capsules were leaking powder though. Only four stars because of the distorted and stuck together capsules and I dont really know if they actually work. I trust they are healthy. I will probably buy them again.

I was disappointed when I opened the box to find that the label on the jar inside listed two extra ingredients that did not appear on the box - Silicone Dioxide & Magnesium Stearate. I spent ages looking for a K2 product with no ‘nasties’. I won’t be ordering this one again.

I’ve been taking these for several weeks without issue alongside D3. They’re easy to swallow and don’t taste of anything.No adverse effects which can only be a positive.

Not taking these for pain relief, but to assist with osteoporosis. Together with Calcium and Vitamin D.
