Wets the metal well and seems excellent.
My old soldering iron broke. Since the replacement was designed for lead-free solder, I bought this. I had expected soldering to be slightly more difficult than with 60/40 (which I've been using for 50 years!), but found to my surprise it worked better. Using the new iron and solder the wetting of the metal was instant.

Use iron clad soldering iron tips!!
First time in 50+ years of soldering.. relatively high temperature needed to use, flows well but the iron's tip isn't iron clad, the tip has pitted substantially with about 50 solder joints... Take heed.

Best non-led solder you can get
Just wasted a lot of money on a couple of rolls from a local supplier. This tin flows better than anything else i have tried and is great for small trough hole pcbs.
