Camp'Oro Le Aromatiche Red Chili Pepper Tagliatelle Pasta (16 Ounce) Bag

We had this a few nights ago with homemade marinara meat sauce. The pasta was very tasty with just the right kick for us. No where on the package does it say whether it's bronze cut or Teflon cut, but the sauce stuck to the tagliatelle very well.

I like the black color and was using it to make a Halloween themed dinner. I am gonna have to take one star off because you don't even taste the squid ink flavor at all. It just tastes like regular pasta and I think they only put a tiny amount to dye it with a natural ingredient. So if you are taking medication and want to avoid food dyed black with charcoal, this is a good alternative. If you want that squid ink flavor. Buy the sauce cuz this pasta tastes no different from regular pasta.

This was my first time squid ink pasta and it is delicious.I made a great festive Halloween meal out of it by incorporating black garlic and pairing it with this black pasta.It made my dark dinner dreams possible.RECIPE:For the black garlic cream sauce get a couple of cloves/bulbs of black garlic add juice of one lemon, a tablespoon of marmite, a little bit of avocado oil and a bit of cream or a nut-based milk blend until smooth, add more liquid if needed until it is the consistency of a heavy cream.Mix with the pasta and enjoy.This is best paired with fish or seafood

I have bought this twice now to make a homemade seafood stew. Easy to cook and tastes delicious!

Taste like regular pasta. It does lose some color and end up more grey than black. But it’ll work

Beautiful, tasty pasta. Cooks in minutes. Not like store bought, processed pasta. This is authentic pasta. Very delicious and Beautiful in color. Purchased 2 packs. 1 for my partner's 50th Cruella themed birthday dinner and black/white Squid seafood pasta and the 2nd will be for the first day of fall.. same recipe. So yummy. It's a great value for the money, Squid ink is expensive and making homemade pasta , though amazing, is tedious and when you need to cut corners, this is a must have.
