The classics are always the best
Until I was 14 years old, I always assumed my frizzy hair was simply going to be a curse that I would have to live with. Until a kindly stylist introduced me to Paul Mitchell, the conditioner. It changed my hair, and because at 14 these things matter so very much, it changed my life. The formulation has not changed that I know of. And it is still perfect for naturally curly hair. There are little tips and tricks of how to use it for the best results. It is NOT a brush-blow-out-leave-in.You simply set it, and forget it -and let your curls work in all their glory. Blow dry using a diffuser and nothing else. Apply to slightly wet, towel, dried hair, and use a wide tooth comb. Hand crimp your curls, preferably with your head down, using only your fingers and the motion to naturally separate each lock. Repeat once or twice over 15 minutes while air drying then, using your diffuser on low-fan but high heat, cup each small section with your hand – controlling each section & the curls. Finally, with your head all the way down, diffuse at your scalp using controlled, small circular motions.Be sure to get the crown and down the back of your head all the way down to the nape. The whole process should take about two minutes.Et voila! Beautifully conditioned hair, incredible curls, NO FRIZZ (if you’ve done it correctly) and incredibly fluffy, gorgeous lift off your scalp.Take it from a professional hairstylist-Never mess with a classic.

Good Quality Leave-in
Same product only picture different. Been using this leave-in conditioner for decades. Suitable for male or female. Locks in and livens the curls or adds body to straight hair. It doesn’t leave my hair oily. I wash my hair at night and use a dime size for my short hair. Hair feels soft too. I activate it with water the next day.

Love the smell!
Wow! This shampoo is great for my hair. I used to use this brand back in high school and the smell brings back great memories of going to a beauty salon that only used Paul Mitchell Hair products. My hair is dryer now and it hydrates my ends and brings out my natural curls. My hair looks healthy once again.

fantastic for use as a shaving cream
I've actually used this for decades as shaving cream. For me it works great, better than any shaving cream I could buy.

Good product
I was excited to try Paul Mitchell's Classic Leave-in Conditioner, but unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to my expectations for my 2b-2c hair. While it does soften my hair, it didn't provide the level of moisture I was looking for. However, when I added a bit of serum on top, it worked beautifully. I think this product has a great ingredient list, but it might not be the best fit for everyone, especially those with curlier hair like mine. If you're looking for a leave-in conditioner that provides intense moisture, you might want to look elsewhere. But if you're willing to layer it with other products, it could work well for you.

Hydration for days
This has really boosted the hydration in my hair. The scent is just right pleasant without being overpowering and it doesn’t weigh my hair down.

Update - Rating change - HORRIBLE Scent? I'll tell you exactly what it smells like...
I originally rated this 1 star because of the smell. Smells exactly like the dollar store aerosol bathroom toilet spray with the floral scent. Exactly. I just can't imagine why PM chose this scent. An overpowering, fabricated chemical flower smell. However, after using this product for a few days I'm changing my review a bit.Couple points: The product itself is actually very good. It's silky, not greasy in any way. It seems to simply add a silky, dry layer to the hair shaft which makes the hair much easier to comb through and provides a bit of a lift to the hair. If you have damaged, dyed, thin, brittle, frizzy hair, this product does what you want it to do; Conditions the hair without weighing it down, and adds a sheen. After you massage the product through your hair, you can rub your hands together and the product pretty much vanishes and you don't really need to even wash your hands. The product itself is excellent. The terrible smell does dissipate over a few hours. Brutal when you put it on, stays pungent for a while, but lessens over time. By afternoon I can still smell it, but it's not really noticeable unless you bury your nose in your hair. I'm changing my initial rating from 1 star, to 3. If PM will resolve the smell issue with something more neutral , it would be an absolutely perfect product.
