We double coated some shrimp and deep fried The flavor is wonderful

I like it because it works as advertised.

This is must when making southern fried foods.

Not bad but does not measure up to the old seasoned flour I used to use. You have to add a little salt and pepper, or seasoning salt to bring the flavor up. It gives you a crisp bite when you fry chicken.

I bought this flour a couple of times and I’m not going to pay the asking price nowadays. Went up 9$ from the last purchase! It’s good but not worth the price IMO. 20&$ is fair

Have used this frying flour for years. I make the best fried chicken wings using this flour. Chicken always fried up crisp. Perfect flour for chicken fried steak.

This HEB Frying Flour has perfect flavor. Complements any fish, meat, vegetables without be overbearing. First taste was while visiting my son in Corpus Cristi, he made THE BEST fried chicken breasts.
