This is the largest tablet I've ever seen, not only is it long but it's wider in the middle. If I cut them they leave sharp edges. I have Acid reflux, so with my bad throat it makes it harder to swallow. Never could do more than one a day, so hard to say if they would help my AR.

I love these and they are worth the value. I added them to my daily routine.

I found talking a pill along with stomach enzymes has somewhat helped with my digestive issues. I was told to take this for Interstitial cystitis along with Marshmallow root but found it was also helpful with digestion.

This product has helped my bad acid reflux problem (even though I was on Prilosec for it!!), and my ibs-d was awful ....I had to take pepto bismol before I could go anywhere!! and now it too is all gone....for 2-1/2 months now!! I feel TERRIFIC every day now! so so thankful for this wonderful help! I feel it healed my insides! I take it before each of my 3 meals. Fast service sending it to me, also. Plus was $11 cheaper than I could buy it here in town!!!

I recommend these to anyone and everyone. They have made digestion a piece of cake and my gut loves them. I take the 3 a day as recommended on the back of the bottle and I feel wonderful. I’ve had a lot of issues with my bowls thanks to my endometriosis and this has been a real savior for me. I can’t rant and rave enough. I’ve tried aloe gels but the caps seem to work the very best.

BIG PILLS. I use these when out of town instead of the liquid I use at home. Works as advertised. Would rather have a smaller pill and take more often.
