What are the dimensions of each bowl? What is the dimension of the bottom of each bowl?

3 piece set: 1-quart, 1-1/2-quart, and 2-1/2-quart glass, WARNING, this set does NOT include the 4 quart bowl!

are the bowls made up of borosilicate?

As a forensic glass examiner, I was informed by Pyrex that the US manufacturer of cooking glassware no longer uses borosilicate glass, they now use tempered glass.
