Shure 565SD-LC - Cardioid Dynamic Microphone

I was leading worship at a friend's church, and half way through rehearsal, he said, "Hold on, I want to swap out your mic for a different one". The mic he brought out was this one. At first, I was like, "Is that from a cheap karaoke machine?", but then he told me that this mic was allegedly Freddie Mercury's favorite mic, and it has a great clarity. I decided to give it a shot, and I was completely surprised. First, I hadn't even heard of the model, and second, that it sounded so good! The mic it replaced way probably $400 - $500, and it was awful, by comparison. After church, I went home and ordered this mic, and have subsequently used it at my church, once, already. I was leading a song with my wife, where I had to do delicate falsetto harmonies, and I felt like I had all the clarity and response I needed in order to relax and just sing. it was great.

One the best microphone and sounds better. Bit expensive but it’s worth it.

I have owned a total of 18 Shure 565s over the past 43 years. A dozen of them back in the mid 70s and recently purchased 6. I've used them for local amateur acts all the way up to nationally known vocalists, and I've never been shamed by them. Built like a tank, great silent switch and the nostalgia factor is icing on the cake! I will be adding more soon...

The sound really impressed me a lot, I DJ and I have a very deep voice. This mic is one of the 1st that made every word just sound so smooth. No distortion or feed back, made me want to talk a little too much at times lol. Truly worth the money.

This microphone is fun for Freddy Mercury fans who want to use the mic he was known for using while live. I have been on stage many times with a Shure SM58 and was served well by it, but I wanted a mic with a little less bass while using the proximity effect, and this seems like it did that for me. It is the predecessor to the SM58 and both looks and sounds sort of like it. I wanted this microphone for its very distinctive sound profile and was happy with it. It seems very durable, the switch is well designed and is totally silent in many circumstances, but can be locked into the "on" position. My m-Audio Fast Track Pro digital audio interface was not working well with this mic due to low output causing me to have to raise the gain to a level that caused a lot of background noise. I solved the problem to my satisfaction with a Cloudlifter Mic Activator, which is a preamp that is phantom powered and small enough to tape to a mic stand. I could then lower the gain on the audio interface to get a cleaner sound. After this setup was achieved, I was totally happy with this microphone.

El mejor micrófono que he usado en el servicio de la Santa Misa. Sonido súper balanceado entre bajos, medios y altos.

Pour le plaisir de retrouver le filaire et le design d'antant. Mais surtout et avant tout un micro idéal pour le chant... belle présence. Très satisfait

Tralasciando quanto l'ho pagato è quasi inutile recensire un microfono Shure, se lo trovate a buon prezzo questo è un classico, col suo colore cromato e l'interruttore vecchio stile che lo fa assomigliare esteticamente una cinesata è se avete la voce adatta un microfono buono sia per cantare ma anche per podcast e altro. In effetti i microfoni per podcast sono una invenzione per vendere microfonacci spesso a condensatore perché più sensibili e ovviamente con più rumore di fondo cancellato digitalmente via software o peggio ancora via hardware. Io lo uso per cantare gridando come un forsennato e anche per fare podcast, e la mia voce senza fare nulla è buona così nuda e cruda anche senza equalizzazione eccetera.

Sıcak tona sahip, güzel bir mikrofon. Ben çok beğendim. Tavsiye ederim.
