Excellent product that comes in handy if you have / use the tactical X ab workout simulator. Since each piece only lasts about 15-20 uses I say you will definitely need this item. Absolutely recommend getting them in this amount, especially if you use the simulator on a daily basis. Great price the the amount you get.

UYGHHK, Ugh, these are bad. That's how I will remember this product so that I never buy it again. UYGHHK or something like, that, Ugh, these are bad never get them again. So, these have almost no adhesive. They don't even stay on for ONE session. So, this is a complete waste of money. I regret buying these. After five sessions, all the money spent on these is gone, and during these sessions, I have to hold the pads to my skin so they don't fall off. I would give -1 star if possible.
