It worked for about a week, then it stopped, after which it would not set back up.Spelling and grammar are horrible, throughout the manual assuming it qualifies as a manual. Examples are• Faq#8 “..icon in the lower right corner of the devise” should be device.• Faq#7 “..take card is can’t playing,,” punctuation and grammar.• There are too many of these to mention. If they would have hired an English teacher to review their literature for $100 or use Word they could have make their manual better, much better.They do not have a manual that explains the different pages and options, instead they give you FAQ, which is not sufficient. An example is that there is no place in the manual that tell you how to rotate the camera. It is shame they spent good money producing glossy documents with such terrible a structure and incomplete information. They need a manual that describes each page and the options on the pages. The APP is not that complicated. Someone that has used the APP for awhile could produce a manual 1000% better that what they have in 8 hours.

At first glance, this camera seems like exactly what you were looking to purchase. The picture looks good, easy to connect to the wifi, the motion sensor works etc. Then the debate, do you purchase the cloud or a tif card? Well, I bought the cloud. Holds the data for up to 1 month and it is for 1 year. Then you leave to go about your life and you realize, the camera is offline. In fact, there is no way to keep the camera online. The motion sensor doesn't work when the camera is offline???? The only thing this camera might be good for would be a nanny cam where you keep the application open. Also, you will have to record the clips yourself because the motion isn't triggering the record button. So, don't waste your money. There is Zero point in this unit.....

Using this product for as a nanny-cam during senior/Hospice care in my home. At first we moved the camera from bedroom to family room daily to keep track of my mother-in-law. Purchased a second camera so we could leave them in place. They work great and the image is unbelievable. Could be a bit more clear in the night vision, but they give us all the visibility we need no matter where we are. Able to check on care when others are relieving us using our cell phones and we leave the view on our tablets for caretakers when she is sleeping and we are away so they don't have to keep opening her door.

I ordered 4 of these. I love them. The picture is very clear even at night. They zoom in and out and tilt and turn on command using the available app. The cameras can be a bit annoying to set up with the wifi but I've only had to do it once and it's been trouble free ever since. Just make sure that your wifi is centrally located and the cameras will work just fine. I like that their are no subscription fees unless you want some extra features which I didn't find necessary. Overall solid product and great seller.

After a few months of use the camera doesn't move any more, looks like the plastic piece that holds and move the camera is broken, the image quality is ok but not clear, I can't even return it because I bought it a few months ago , DONT BUY IT!!!

If you are not IT savvy, don't buy it. The instructions are for the birds. I do not think it works long distance. I was about 20 feet away, and the camera went offline and never came on again. Tried all the given methods to make it work, and it just would not cooperate. To its credit, it worked great for about 15 minutes, and picture quality was quite good. The app WI has less than 2 bars on it. It took a very long while to connect. Imagine you being at the airport and trying to see how things are at home before you board the plane.
