Great products and great customer service too!
An American family business with great products and the BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced. Read below and think when you received this level of attention to detail and customer service, and see why I felt compelled to write this review to let people know and encourage them to support this company.I am still marveling at receiving a call back from a dial and hang up. I literally received a phone call back from the company, with Casey first apologizing for not picking up the call (the one that I hung up), lol. Which I only did to have the number on my phone memory for to call them later with a question. And tbh, other mattresses can cost less. But I love the auto inflate deflate ease of use, high quality with eco-conscious design, and it is really comfortable, the most important quality. It was so good bought a second mattress. It’s great for having people stay over and not needing to keep a separate open bedroom. And they’ve been borrowed by family and friends.Thank you and I truly wish your company - an American company, a family business - continued and great success. Didn’t know this before, but I’d suggest people look at your CloudNine Series (just saw it) - it has a pump system that monitors pressure and auto adjusts silently to maintain a firm mattress all night long. Never saw that in another mattress. But I like my two now and don’t think I need three, but if I did, I’d get the cloudnine.

Works well, comfortable, still needs topping off nightly
I got it based on NYT's review and it's pretty good. Much nicer than other air mattresses. Sturdy. Inflated fast. Very high, which is nice. You do have to top it up nightly and the ability to hold air slowly decreases over time but I'm still happy with it. I have used it a lot while waiting for a mattress and for guests - weeks and weeks of use. I would recommend it.

Best bed I have had for a very long time. (July 2023 Addendum)
First, the basics. I purchased a "SoundAsleep Dream Series Air Mattress with ComfortCoil Technology". The size I purchased is a Twin XL. Everything that I read in the description for this Air Mattress is correct. The bed, out of the box, inflated in 5 minutes or less. The bed came very well packed in a box, and while the box had a few impact marks, the bed and the bag that it came packed in were in perfect condition. It also comes with a patch kit with I believe, enough material to patch two holes. The top has a waffled effect and it is "flocked", if that is the correct term. I like both as the "waffle" effect allow my shoulders and head to "sink into" the bed and for my back to get more support. The flocking is almost a skid resistant surface "holds" both blankets and sheets pretty much stay in place and prevents them from sliding around on the bed. The bed also has, when inflated, a kind of a raised bumper all the way around the edges which is very nice as it tells you where you are on the bed if you need to know. The top is supposed to be easy to clean which is a feature I hoped I would never have to us. Of course, that is not the case. On about the fifth night of sleeping on the bed I noticed that there was something on the mattress which turned out to be a piece of pie crust from one of the blankets I was using. The pie crust left an oily mark about two inches square. A little dish soapy water and the oily mark came right off and the mattress looks as good as new. No problem with the flocking coming off either. This is the most comfortable bed I have slept on in many, many years. My wife likes a bed that is almost rock hard which leaves my back and neck without support and aching when I get up in the morning. With this air mattress I can now adjust the bed to just how firm or soft I want it. I keep the bed inflated all the time and, so far, have only had to add air to it about every four to five days ~ 20-30 seconds and the mattress is back just where I like it. While the inflation/deflation fans are somewhat loud, only using them for 20-30 seconds once a week really makes the noise a non-issue. The electric cord for the fans even has a nice storage place built into the mattress to keep it out of the way.I was also concerned about getting hot sleeping on what is really a plastic surface. So far, I have been perfectly comfortable on this mattress. I suspect the flocking helps with that as well.I realize that this mattress is not really supposed to be an every night forever kind of a bed, but I am going to use it like that for as long as I can. I have been sleeping on it for six or seven weeks and have enjoyed it every night. When it wears out, provided it is still available, I will happily purchase another one.Addendum: One day earlier this week, it is now July 21, 2023, my Dream Series air mattress finally stopped retaining its air. At first it was a very slow leak, about 12 hours for the mattress to get "squishy". Last night it only took about 5 hours. Today I called the SoundAsleep support number and spoke with Casey. I can honestly say that for as much as I like the mattress, the customer support is even better. Not only was Casey pleasant and knowledgeable to talk to, she is going to replace my mattress and has even expedited the shipping on it. Yes, even though I am using the mattress as my long term bed which it is not meant for. So, in a couple of days I will have a new "dream" series mattress! The only drawback to this whole experience is that now I have to renew my search for an air mattress that is actually meant to be a "long term" bed and keep my SoundAsleep mattress as a backup. I sure hope I can find one that comes close to being as comfortable as my SoundAsleep mattress. This product and this company are keepers!

Best air mattress we've owned
We bought this air mattress after reading the Wirecutter review in the New York Times. Wirecutter rated this product as the best air mattress available, and after having owned a number of them in the past, we agree. A few things we like about it:1. It's very easy to inflate. The integrated inflation device is fast and is much quieter than ones we've had int he past.2. The height of the mattress makes it feel much more like a read bed than other ones we've had.3. The construction is solid, resulting in a very comfortable bed.4. It holds the air for longer than other mattresses.5. When we had a question (the phone number is printed right on the side of the mattress and on the carrying bag, making it easy to find) customer service was very helpful. We have been very happy with our purchase and would recommend this mattress and company.

Great mattress and service
Great mattress. Good price. Easy to use. Sizing not exact - I ordered twin xl and it was a couple inches shorter than the advertised twin xl length but still longer than a twin. Very comfortable - One of my guests commented that she didn't even realize she was sleeping on an air mattress. Customer service very good - One of the three mattresses I ordered developed a leak/wouldn't hold air after the first use. The company sent me a new one with no hassle. The service rep was very pleasant. I'm happy with the purchase!

Good product, Great company
I had ordered two blow up mattresses for when my teen grandsons visit. They found them to be very comfortable. I love the quality of this product. They look great, and function very nicely. Just simple controls at the foot of the bed…. Blows up in just a few minutes. But, 6 months later on their next visit, we had an issue with one mattress losing air. I contacted the company, told them my issues and they sent me a new mattress. Perfect response, so I highly recommend this company.

To sleep or not to sleep, that is the ?
I find the bed to be easy to set up, inflates quickly, sleeps well and is comfortable.Only exception or complaint I have, is I have to inflate the bed daily.
