Ingenious! Simple yet effective. My son, who's diagnosed with ASD, would scream bloody murder when getting shots. It had gotten to the point where we would go to the doctors office during there lunch hour to not scare away other patients when he screams. His last visit, we just would not cooperate for so we reschedule and researched aids for getting injections. In the Autism forums, we found other people who had used the Buzzy with success. So we thought we'd give it a try.Thanks to Amazon Prime's two day shipping, we got it in time for his appointment. On the day of, my child was still nervous and tried every delay tactic possible. In the middle of his tactic, we turned on the Buzzy, kept him talking and before he knew it, it was done. No fuss, no screams.I highly recommend this product. It's great for kids that just won't cooperate when getting injections. We tried everything to get my child to cooperate. This was a last resort for us. I'm not a fan of "crutches" for our kids. There won't always be a "Buzzy" and our kids should not expect a "Buzzy" for tough situations, but when it starts affecting others around us, we have to consider the external factors. My 10 year old reieves weekly allergy shots in both arms and cries every time. I saw this product on Shark Tank and decided to give it a try.Please read directions and do a few practice runs with your child so they know how to properly use it when it comes time for the shots. ( we attach a frozen ice pack to Buzzy and place it on the area where the shots will be administered a minute before the shot is given, once it's time for the shot we move Buzzy up towards the shoulder slightly above the shot site. After the shot is done my son leaves buzzy on for a few minutes ). My son swears it really does help with the pain, so we've invested in a Buzzy for each arm, and we haven't had tears yet!Seeing your child cry every week from shots is heartbreaking and I'm so glad we found a natural pain suppression technique. So I highly recommend this item for all parents.The only thing I don't like about Buzzy is the cheap rubber arm band attachment, it's kind of useless for my sons really thin arms so we don't use it.

the buzzy works well as a distraction, but off/on button does not work well and so the only ok rating.

For the most part it provided some pain relief and worked as promised.

My son didn't like it for his insulin shots because it was so loud. We liked the little ice pack so ended up buying small ice packs instead.

Used the product to get my two Covid shots. Really helped. I’m needle phobic so I needed all the help I could get! Had to carry two large ice packs with me to keep the small gel packs frozen on the way there. It also helps to use a stretchy band to hold it up on your arm. It works just as advertised. Didn’t feel the first shot and just slightly felt the second.

I was so excited to open and use this product, but as soon as I opened the package all I was quickly disgusted as I saw the ice pack stained with what looked like dried blood! This is completely unacceptable and apparently was NOT checked or was opened and used previously...,

Bought this for my Grandson who has to have daily injections. Before buzzy there were lots of tears. Now my Grandson says his shots don't hurt anymore. Worth any price to hear those words...so very very happy with this product and would recommend to anyone.
