Good! Soft but supportive. May be a little airy sounding, but seems to be working out well.I had previously purchased another mattress by Dream on Me, and decided to buy another (slightly different). I use toddler mattresses as dog beds. Best thing for the size and price. Dogs get supportive comfort, and the waterproof material keeps it from smelling, and also makes for easy clean up in case of accidents. I just use a nice cozy chenille fitted sheet. Sometimes a pillow and a blanket on it, sometimes not.I have two big labs and a smaller mutt. Usually one of them is stretched out on it, or sometimes two will be sitting upright on it. I am planning to buy yet another as these are working out well and will now each have one. Currently less than $40 for the bed, which is reasonable for my budget.

I bought this mattress for my 4 month old baby girl. It fits just right into her crib. It seems like a very comfortable mattress, because all I have to do is place her in her crib, and 2 minutes later she is sound asleep. Once she falls asleep she will sleep all night long. I mean from 9pm until 8 or 9 the next morning. So if she can sleep that long, it has to be comfortable.I have not had any problems out of the mattress, not even any cracks, or rips. Before I put her in the crib I did buy a mattress protector. That way it will catch any puke, poops, or pee. Then I can just wash the mattress protector, and not have to worry about the mattress itself. The mattress does have a plastic outer shell. I know from cleaning, and working in a plastic factory that cleaning chemicals can cause plastic to become brittle and crack. So in order to extend the life of the mattress, I put a cover on it, because I know the spray bleach would make the shell crack in no time. (The shell is on the thin side.)I don't see why it would not hold up as long as I take care of it properly.

My son's bed was missing this when we got it from family-friends and since we've gotten this, its done its purpose well. Functioning as advertised. Its fit is perfect for his bed-frame and has the appropriate thickness. Its firm and adds an additional layer of comfort to help him sleep and keep him asleep throughout the night.

Editing my original review to one star:As you can tell by the photo this mattress tore. I’ve used it a total of four months. There’s been no one inside the crib or on the mattress besides my now 9 month old daughter (she moved to this mattress when she was 5 months old). I’m so disappointed in the quality of this mattress. Seems unsafe and I’ll be replacing immediatelyThis mattress was okay. I also have a graco crib mattress and I much prefer that to this one. The outside material on this is very crinkly sounding. It also seems to have quite a bit of give which I’m not a huge fan of for a small baby. For the price it’s fine, but for a little but more I think you can get a much better mattress.
