The smell of this product is really good however, when it comes to acting as a mice repellent... I’m not so sure since the mice were partying all night with a fresh smell of mint in the kitchen... it did not work for me

Our dog, Ozzie, started hunting in the garage, the car and the golf cart. I keep a really clean and uncluttered garage (all my neighbors have garage envy)...but Ozzie was looking for something, then he was hunting in the car and golf cart! I never saw signs of a mouse, but I was worried. I liked this product because, it was animal friendly, will not hurt the dog...or the mouse.....and it was easy to use.....and Ozzie has stopped hunting! Now I don't have to worry that something is going to jump on me while driving the car!

We have a mice issue at our camper. I bought this spray because we also have dogs and kids. I felt safe using it and the smell was pleasant. My eyes didn't burn and we have not had new signs of mice. The bottle was plenty to spray inside and outside, all around the camper.

I love my historic neighborhood and 1930's home, but unfortunately, mice are a big problem in this part of Florida, especially near the older homes. I use a monthly exterminator service and they are always willing to come lay traps when needed, but I was looking for a solution that would not leave unsightly traps and undesirable sounds or smells in the heat of summer. I sprayed the MDXconcepts solution in known areas around the base of my home and so far have not seen any activity. It has only been a few weeks, but it looks like this is going to be the solution I've been hoping for.

Haven't seen any mice lately after i used it. Would have to allow some more time to pass before I can judge if the spray is effective. Mouse problem is always wide spread so using various methods to combat the issue.As for the spray itself well the scent is decent. Wife claims it smells like pickles. Spray was easy to use, no clogging and easy trigger.

I really liked the idea of adding another arsenal of defense in our home intrusion of rodents. I feel that spraying this deterrent was helpful and so easy to do. My only complaint is it's effectiveness seemed to fade away quicker than I'd hoped for. The bottle size only lasted me a couple of weeks. The smell was strong but to me not offensive, and definitely preferred over the "odor horror" of rodent home or vehicle invasion. Wish I could afford a case of this product!

within an hour of first using the spray the daring mouse had the audacity to continue it's reign of terror. I then made sure to give the area and entrance point an extra spray. I'm glad to report that I haven't seen the pesky creature since. Based on this result I would highly recommend this product. I can once again stroll around my kitchen without fear of a sudden appearance.

We were having a rodent issue in the engine bay of our vehicle, which was parked on driveway, due to building work in adjacent property. This product smells wonderful and solved the problem immediately, makes the car smell great inside too.

The scent if you can cope with it not just being a smell but a taste, isn't pleasant, well not for me but my frequent visitor mouse seems to like it! I know it's the same mouse as it has half it's tale missing and a bit missing from its ear and quite frequently ends up in my humane trap. The trouble being that I have to release it quite close to home because of the limit travel or should I say lockdown due to cover-19. I bought the trap last year, caught a mouse, took it away in the car and let it out about 3 miles from home. I had no further bother until now, I had hoped the spray would stop anything coming in, but no. Because of that one mouse incident last year I also bought an electronic deterrent, which did the job, unfortunately it stopped working this year (suddenly no lights and the sound became audible to me) but for around a year I did not have a single mouse incident. I couldn't find the same one so bought others on here (review coming soon) which have failed too, in desperation I tried this spray as I hate killing anything, but as I said it ain't working. I've used almost a full bottle, I spray the kitchen (where the mouse is most often seen or leaves evidence of its visit - yuck) every night and every morning I come down to the same evidence. I'll keep using this until it is empty, but won't buy again. I'll keep setting the trap and hopefully catch the little blighter on a shopping day so I can take it for a little ride in the car. I won't use poison or sit at home with the patio door closed all the time (as that is where it is getting in and I spray inside and outside that area too) while having to stay at home. I can't stand the smell or should that have said taste! maybe a few pots of peppermint growing in the kitchen would be more of a deterrent for the mouse and far more pleasant for me. This was quite an expensive experiment I could've bought a few more traps or another electronic device for the same money - yeah back to the planning stage to see what else is out there, maybe I will have to resort to a snap trap but that really is the last resort, this pest needs an eviction order (something that works) not a death sentence, but I am losing patience.

The nozzles have now changed on this product of which I have bought many times. One bottle also leaked but I did not bother complaining, though I should have. The nozzles now only allow a spray which is rubbish and no doubt cheaper. This now does not allow a long stream to be sprayed at a distance. I will have to look for an alternative.

I was happy to pay the quite high price for this as I felt it would do some good and it did to begin with. I must say though that its efficacy seemed to decrease so that the last time I used it with a quarter of the container left, it did not stop the mice at all and I have only one entrance to the property.
