High on quantity low on flavour
The colour gives you a clue, this product is almost all tomato. Fresh taste but low on actual Tikka flavour, this would probably be fine as a light dressing rather than a cooking sauce and especially not the marinade I wanted. With the addition of more spices it was OK but don't expect your dish to have the usual Tikka colour because it won't. Huge bottle so I shall use it until its finished and then return to my normal brand. Perhaps I should have been more cautious, don't go to an American company for curry products.
