Great compressor for model kits
This is my first compressor and seeing how it runs, will probably be the only compressor I will own. I have used a model master compressor before and I feel it performs the same. Everything is included in this set to get started airbrushing (well everything but the paint). The airbrush holder (with the two slots) is super helpful when you need a place to put your second airbrush for quick changes as well as a great way to refill your gravity fed airbrush. Best part is the compressor does not sputter.Loudness and heat:The compressor is rather quiet. It auto shuts off when not in use (auto as in it stops humming, you still need to actually flip the switch to turn it off when you are done). I have never had a problem with it overheating or getting anything hotter than warm to the touch.Regulator and water trap:A water trap is crucial for any small scale model painter because water destroys paint jobs. The set comes with one so no worry here. The regulator works great and shows little discrepancy between the psi you set it at and the psi that is maintained when airbrushing (up into the 30s). Past 30 psi the difference starts to show so do some tests sprays to see where the compressor actually maintains at. Max psi is 57, this should not be a problem for most because model kit builders use psi around 15-20 and 30 for heavier paints.Airbrushes:The airbrushes that come with this set are nice. The G22 is a gravity feed dual action with a .30mm needle, the S68 is a siphon feed with dual action and .35mm needle, and the E91 is a single action external mixed with a .80mm needle. The hose that comes with the set does not fit the single action (in fact doesn't fit any single action) and you need to purchase a new hose (should run about $8 online) if you would like to use the single action (which I would recommend for beginners or when applying to large surface area with no need for detail. As far as performance of each brush here goes: - G22: Decent weight and fits well with the contour of your hands (I am right handed but I would imagine it feels the same left or right handed). Cap comes off relatively easily to allow for filling and cleaning. The trigger requires that you first push down then pull back to adjust the amount of paint that comes out (dual action). Definitely not as smooth as my Iwata-Medea HP-CS; however, did not cost nearly as much ($120). It performs well with model master acrylics straight from the glass bottle without any thinning. Cleaning can be a little tricky though. Clean by spraying water until color goes away but for a full clean dissembling it is required. The nozzle is not removable (at least not easily) so it requires that you drag the needle out from the back which deposits paint inside the brush. Rinse the brush thoroughly to make sure no paint is left behind. Careful of the trigger though when you remove the needle because it tends to fall out and sometimes can be a pain to put back in. - S68: Again the weight is good; however a little more awkward due to the bottom feed when holding. The small metal cup that comes with the set is of poor quality though. Airbrush works ok for the most part I would recommend getting a different siphon feed if you paint a lot of large surface area things. However for model painting this is fine. The trigger is quite sensitive and i had issues with the gun "leaking" air because the trigger was stuck in a semi press. This made the compressor turn off and on which can be annoying and requires you to fidget with it to stop it from leaking. Cleaning is a pain because of all the crevices that a siphon feed presents. You will probably need to invest in a mini brush to get in there and clean the bottom feed as well as the feed in the cup. - E91: Never bought a hose to connect this so I never tried it out. I heard a few good reviews though and it would probably be worth it to invest a few bucks to get a hose and try this hose out if you are a beginner.

Perfect straight out of the box
I have a little battery powered air gun that is very finicky and fickle and seems like it always needs charging. I bought this because I do leather work and I like to spray coat the leather when I’m done to protect it. So far this product is awesome. It comes with a three different spray guns and it’s easy to use. I was surprised that you can adjust your air pressure higher or lower to help control the flow very nice feature. Also like the fact that they included the airbrush gun holder I only got it in yesterday, but I used it for several hours and it worked flawlessly. Some reviews had said that it was noisy, but I don’t agree it’s very quiet. I was talking on the phone to my wife and she could not hear the compressor running.

The Little Pump that Could
I purchased this set because of all the other reviews. It seemed like the best bang for the buck for a beginner. The machine had a good feel to it right out of the box. All the extra brushed that came with it really helps. I'm totally new to airbrushing and after a few sprays I was able to spray an even coat on my vinyl figures. This machine does not make that much noise and only turns on when it is in use, not all the time. I cant say anything for the heat since I used it outside and for only a few minutes at a time. Only thing I would say was bad about this is that it cant hold a lot of air so the machine will turn on as soon as you push the brush button to supply the air pressure.Pros:- easy to use right out of box- comes with plenty of different brushes (both top and bottom loading brushes)- not very complicated to set up and use- not much noisecons:- no reserve air tankOverall I think this was a great purchase and a great machine to start off on. I covers all my needs at the moment. If our just painting a few figurines or statues, I don't see how this wont fit the bill. If your going to paint the house or like a car then no this will not work.one word of advice, wash out the brush a soon as your done with it, it will help keep the bush clean and spraying smooth.

So far so good for the price
I of course had concerns about this kit given the price, but so far it seems good.A couple hiccups have happened. First, the set arrived without the book. Amazon responded quickly, and even though they couldn't send the book separately, they gave a small refund to make up for it. Then the distributor ended up sending a PDF copy, so it worked out in the end. Both Amazon and TCP Global had great service. Amazon's small refund made up for the hassle and lack of hard copy, and TCP made good on at least getting me the info. The second hiccup came with using one of the airbrushes (G22 - only one I've tried so far). After several uses and cleanings, the trigger fell out during cleaning (which is not unheard of). I took this opportunity to take apart and clean more of the parts. After putting it back together, the dual action spring stopped working. I called the TCP Global service line and they were very helpful, talking me through the airbrush to make sure all parts were in correctly. It turned out that the handle at the back was just screwed on too tight, binding the spring. In the end I just learned more about the airbrush and had a good experience with TCP Global. In use, the airbrush was good for the price. I really didn't have any issues with it in practice, but am curious to see how it how it holds up in the long run. Even if it doesn't last as long as a more expensive airbrush, I'd say it's probably worth the money given that I now have a compressor to use and two other airbrushes on top of that.

Great product until...
...I dropped it. It came quicker than I expected...even had it in time to use it for Halloween! Packaged well. No concerns except that the compressor is broken now...totally my fault because I didn't secure it and it took a plunge. :(

Great deal
Arrived fast and everything worked great. Can't beat the price. There are better quality models out there, but if you are just an occasional user, there is nothing better.
