I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this assortment of leather samples! What a fantastic variety and quality! I could not believe the very nice samples I got! I will order these again and again! Very easy to work with and to make beautiful jewelry! I can't say enough about how excited I was to get these! Got them fast and was so SO delighted! I can make a zillion jewelry items, as the samples are a nice size, and even a couple that were smaller have PLENTY of leather to make things with! One of my FAVORITE all-time Amazon purchases! You will LOVE these!

I got my package in the mail and loved the smell and sights of this glorious leather. I immediately got to work making some jewelry. Leather cuffs and earrings. The leather arrived in a neat package with a lot of squares of leather. I made about 3 leather cuffs per smaller sheet of leather. Great product and value!

The smell is a little funky--'leathery' I don't understand it--but put outside on a perforated metal table in the sun. Funk better already. Used a piece just now as a liner for a holster, perfect thickness. Happy with this purchase. A couple are oddball pieces, but the rest I can certainly use; in fact, waited forever for one piece like these from China, for the same $$.

The scraps are hit or miss i think. I was able to cpmpkete a shoe project with what i was given so i am very happy. There was a gold embossed piece i wanted to use, but there was a line running down center. I still have lots left over to use for other projects. Great package to buy, especially if you are using for small projects, do not buy if you need large perfect pieces.

Nice, but it really does have a mildew scent. Makes it difficult to use for things I sell.

I used this for coasters, and it is perfect; I managed to get 4 out of most pf the pieces and there was a lot of variety. The leather is high novelty but too thick and stiff to sew, so is better used for things like key ring tabs, book marks etc. It is quite soft, but not very malleable

Calling this leather is a stretch. It looks like maybe tiny bits of ground up leather that they shaved down and then glued to some sort of cheap, thin, paper backing. This is useless for my purposes. I need actual pieces of leather not a leather-based blend of cheapness. Avoid this product.

I typically buy my leather from a retailer and pay considerably more for it. When I saw this, I figured I wouldn’t be out much if it wasn’t as presented. The pieces are a good size for me (I make earrings), the variety was acceptable, not as shown, but usable, but the mildew smell is STRONG!!!! I currently have it in the No heat/air dry cycle in my dryer, with two fabric softeners. Tomorrow I’ll try baking soda. But if I can’t remove the odor, the leather will not be able to be used. I’m not sure what it could be used for, smelling as strong as it does. My husband says it reminds him of being in an old library. Not something I can offer my customers.All of the pieces were snake print. Very muted tones. But again, for the price it is a good deal….. as long as I can get the smell out. Be mindful of the efforts you’ll have to take to do the same.I won’t buy again.
