So I just got the bill for a BERG brace that I got after an injury in an orthopedic surgons office. This is a much much nicer brace. The Berg that I got cost me $125 (and insurance didn't cover it)This brace feels like mostly higher quality materials. (Except the Velcro straps which are freying.). It is essentially the same design. The only difference is the materials. I feel like the panels and padding are much better and the Velcro straps are slightly worse but for the price difference, I would not hesitate to recommend this over the Berg.

when you sell somebody a brace like this that has so many options to it It should be accompanied with at least a pictorial drawing other than simple words telling you what to place where for maximum support, plus if it's not set properly it's very dangerous it will slip down to your ankle and trip you, I'm totally just satisfied with it it's just not working I've fallen three times because it slips to my ankle I've called the company I've written the company and I've got no response I'm totally dissatisfied

Excellent product. Completely adjustable and keeps the knee stable. I have had several knee surgeries and this is better quality then they have given me at the hospital.

Use this one to replace the one that the hospital gave me (after hip surgery). Comfortable, easily adjustable.Take your time, and be sure to use a flat surface like a table, to get the side panels positioned properly. The Velcro is very sticky. And adjust the length of all the straps to your leg. I do that with staples temporarily and then a few stitches with heavy thread. Just fold the loop portion of the strap back on itself to shorten it by a couple inches, whatever you need.

I purchased two of the Knee Immobilizers, just in case one of them got wet or soiled. It holds the knee straight and is comfortable. My 98yr old mother fell and twisted or sprained her knee joint. No torn tissue, thankfully. But for a week I had this device on her day and night, and we believe it helped the healing and for sure eliminated pain of knee bending.The only caution is that even though you adjust it quite snugly, if you put it on over pants material for overnight, it can somehow slip out of place down to the ankle, so we suggest putting it on direct to skin for best adhesion of placement.We are so glad to have had the FitPro Adjustable Post-Op Knee Immobilizer 12" from Amazon.- RK

Because of the velcro which closes the brace and holds it tight around the leg, this thing scratches the opposite leg making it very uncomfortable to wear to bed. That is why I purchased it, anyway. I am not getting much use from it, because after less than an hour l can no longer stand wearing it, so l remove it, so that l can fall asleep in peace and comfort.

Way better then the one from the ER. Doesn't slip as easy. Feels more supportive and doesn't have itchy seams in the inside. Out of the box didn't look much shorter then the ER one but on its so much better.

This worked great, completely immobilized my knee, comfortable, did not slip down (but had to tighten at the knee) I used this for an injury on the outside of the knee (iliotibial). This was way better than the brace from the doctor.
