Samsonite Luggage Replacement Part Combination Lock for Oyster - Black

Was looking for this for a while

I’ve purchased not 1 but 2 of the locks for my Oyster Samsonite suitcase at first I just installed without programming it and when I’m ready to travel I tried to program and it does not lock you could program but it still opens. I did all the necessary steps to program but the dials will not turn when installed and it will not lock unless you put the numbers you programmed as your personal code which defeats the purpose cause then anyone can open my luggage, So because I passed the return period I bought another one thinking it was probably me but Nope it wasn’t it’s definitely the lock they are defective and do not work with the oyster Samsonite suitcase I’m very disappointed with this purchase. I also tried to reach out to vendor and No response so I’m def returning this item!!!
