Adjustable Wrist Weights 1 LB PAIR (1/2 lb each) Medium 6" - 8"

These are very comfortable wrist weights. I’m trying to strengthen my arms by using wrist weights that I can wear all day. Since my arms are weak, I need to start with a very low weight (1/2 pound) and gradually increase the weights over time to work up to using 1-pound weights. I like the idea that the weights are flat and can slide into pockets on the wrist band. The band is wide and has sufficient Velcro for holding the band closed. Since my wrists measure 6 inches, I wasn’t sure if the small or medium would be a better fit. I ordered the medium and find that if I’m wearing a long sleeve shirt, the bands fit well. During the summer I may need to wear a wrist sweatband or something similar underneath the wrist weights to have them fit better. By the way, the customer service is excellent. I received a very helpful answer to a question within 24 hours.

I had the original W8Fit wrist bands that were a fixed diameter sleeve. The adjustability of weight was nice, but they always slopped around as the diameter was not adjustable and thus they had to be over sized for your wrist in order to first make it past your hand. It became annoying. No more with the new design. New design has velcro wrap around. You put it on from the side of your wrist and fix it as tight as you deem necessary with the velcro. Perfect. I highly recommend these. Just so you are forewarned, the cheaper version is the same thing, but only has two of the weights for each wrist. I had leftovers from my old ones and used those. You may need to buy more weights if you buy the lower cost one like I did.

For tremors, they don't so far do so much. Oh well.

These are nice, thin, and comfortable wrist weights. I got the 1lb set of 2. That's four 1/4lb weights in each wristband. There are additional spots for 3 more weights on each band, which you have to order from their website last I checked, which I don't really like(only reason I took a star off). I'd rather just buy through Amazon. I wonder though if filling the whole band with weights would make it less comfortable. As it is now, the gaps mean that there are no weights pressing against the bony parts of my wrists. I think this is a part of what makes them so comfortable. I would like to buy the extra weights and see how it feels but will probably wait to see if they tart to sell them here. The thinness is great. I've practiced guitar wearing these with no issues. They stay in place pretty well.

I ordered the Medium size. Way too small to slip in my wrists. Returned it. Reordered the Large size, this time it had a velcrose to adjust. It makes so much easy. I have a hand tremor problem. When I hold something light, I can not control it. The adjustable wrist weights help me to slow down the tremor. I can wear it under my long sleeve shirt.

For all the "little people" (I'm 5"1'), these bands are quite long for a shorter arm. Wished there was a shorter size. Not very comfortable.I bought these at my neurologists' suggestion for a hand dystonia tremor. They didn't help me & I have returned them.

Nice passive exercise while just doing your daily stuff. I have 6 quarter pound weights in each. Only complaint would be how hard it is to get the weights back in when you need to wash it. But I guess that means they won’t come out when you wear them. I wear them for 8-9 hours a day, 3 days a week.

This is amazing! Fact you can increase and decrease the weight is incredible.. only wish I could find the weights separate to do so. They arrived super fast and are incredibly comfy! I am a home gym person and paid a little more for this because they fit perfectly and the belt is also so incredible, can’t praise it enough!
