Las instruccipones de uso son bastante malas por lo cual no es claro que tan fina debe ser la molienda del café, ni hasta donde se debe cargar de café y así con otros detalles. Semanas despúés de haberlo recibido sigo sin poder preparar un café bebible.Los materiales son de buena calidad pero la falta de información en las instrucciones hace que sea un producto complicado de utilizar

If I could put zero stars I would. The product simply doesn't work. I've tried everything to get this to work. The pressure from the Dolce Gusto is just too much for the silicone top to stay affixed to the stainless steel cup. I've tried coarse, medium and fine grind and the coffee is hot water. The hot water from the Dolce Gusto runs out the stainless cup because the lid doesn't stay affixed and down the machine and pools around the base making the machine an electrical hazard. It's too bad too as I had high hopes for this product because the cups are too expensive.

The coffee taste delicious and comes out with a creamy texture. Not good for milk though.
