I think perhaps the "ease" in doing it. At first I didn't think there would be enough "glue"!
There was only one problem. I had two sets of "diamonds" that were the same color. Number 4 and 16. My color number 4 turned out to be the wrong one. There was no way to contact "you" so Amazon refunded me for the first one I ordered and I had to order another one from you just to get the correct color for the one I almost have finished. The template says PLEASE CONTACT US" if a situation appears but there was no contact information given. Other than that, I have been having fun making this. I am an 80 year old woman making it for my 3 year old great grand daughter. Oh, and Amazon stated they did not have a contact number for your company either that I could call.

Cute picture but they expect you to cover the entire background in white diamonds.
