predictable
I could appreciate that the H discerned right away how special the heroine was. That being said the book lacked the angst and felt too simplistic. They fell in love in few weeks. It seemed too good to be true. As I love animals I didn’t like the H hunting or his story about his struggles with the wolfs .

What a perfect marriage of convenience mail order bride story!
I was really getting fed up with historical romances that not only got history wrong but one logical at all. The drifter in the mail order bride was the remedy for that. This is a perfect book. When Bonnie and her two sisters go to Texas to marry triplet brothers her groom is late, not only that he didn’t know he was a groom. So she missed took his disappointment about the situation as his disappointment in her. After compelling him to marry her anyway and have a marriage of convenience she eventually starts falling in love with him. With his storytelling, his wonderful sense of humor and not to mention his great luxe and beautiful brown eyes. He is slow to realize that he too is falling in Love with Bonnie, but as per their arrangement he in the middle of the night goes on “Safari“ it says he will be gone for a week. I won’t say what happens next just know this is a wonderful story and there’s also storyline from book one which I thought was cleverly done and can’t wait to read book 3. I know for certain this is my new favorite mail order bride series and if the authors other books or as good as this one I do think I will have a new favorite mail order bride author. I have already signed up for her email newsletter and can’t wait to get more acquainted with her work. As for this book I highly recommend it 100% five star raid. The only thing better would be if it was on audio.

The best of the series
This third story was the best of the series in my opinion. I think I enjoyed it most because I liked Bonnie the best. She's been hurt the most, but she's a survivor who doesn't allow life to get her down. Instead of becoming bitter, she maintains integrity, lifts her chin and continues on. She does not get back at those who hurt her, but she's also not a weakling. Instead, she is strong, intelligent, caring, and resourceful. Bart is a drifter. He has no need for a home since he prefers moving from place to place, always searching for something but never knowing exactly what. When he realizes that he is supposed to marry Bonnie, he rejects the idea immediately. He is a drifter and does not plan on staying on the ranch beyond a year. Bonnie has only two options: (1) marry this man who doesn't want her or (2) return home and marry an old and despicable man her father chose for her. She chooses to make an agreement with Bart...a marriage of convenience in name only that will benefit both of them. Bart agrees. I really enjoyed this story and had every intention of giving it five stars until the end. It ends with a cliffhanger about the brothers intentions. I have no idea why the author didn't finish the story, but she definitely lost a star for that decision. I'm glad the story between Bonnie and Bart was complete, so I do recommend it. It's an enjoyable story.

The Dalton brothers have built a nice cattle ranch in Texas and houses for each brother ...
The Dalton brothers have built a nice cattle ranch in Texas and houses for each brother to bring a wife to and raise families. Bart is the least marriage minded of the three because he likes to be free to take off on trips fueled by his wanderlust at the drop of a hat. The most level headed of the Blue sisters is Bonnie. They all long to marry but the Civil War depleted the pool of eligible bachelors in Beckham and their father is trying to marry them off to the "Creepy old Deacons." Unbeknownst to their parents, Elizabeth Miller who runs a mail order bride agency, has three brothers in Texas with a profitable ranch, that are seeking mail order brides. They run away to Texas to marry the brothers. As opposed as Bart is to marriage, he is very attracted to Bonnie and when she says she'd like to go with him on his "safaris" they marry just as the other two couples have done. She has to get her other sisters up to speed on the womanly arts of cooking and cleaning for their husbands also. Meanwhile there is evil afoot back in Beckham with the Deacons and women disappearing. They might not be as safe in Texas as they thought. This is a great story with lots of twists and turns.

Sweet
It's a sweet story but rushed. I love the premise of it, a plain woman compared to her two sisters always getting the short straw from everyone to even her parents. Her mother being blatant about it, her father shows some remorse after saying something hurtful. It's a painful story but it's not deep enough to bring the tears. Bummer. Lol. Like other people said, it would've been a much better book if all 3 stories were told in one. It's a quick read. I enjoyed it. It's also a clean sweet story. The ending is kinda silly. But you get an idea of what it accomplishes. A happy ending for all 3 couples. Especially so. It also gives an idea of a task for one Blue brother in another story. You get a free sample at the end of this book. I really loved both Bonnie Blue and Bart Dalton. Not really enough on the other Dalton brothers.. The sisters you get to know. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

Likeable, believable characters
This is the book that introduced me to the work of Cassie and i'm so glad it did. The book is part of a trilogy but it is a terrific read on its own. From the start i connected with the characters and found them very believable. At times i wanted to shake Bart. A great book with an interesting ending that assures the readers there's more to come from this trio of writers.

Good
I enjoyed this sweet romance. The characters were easy to like and the book was fine to read without having read the first two in the series. The only drawback was the formatting for my Kindle Fire, it was impossible to reduce the font to an easily readable size. I was swiping pages so frequently that I gave up and used Text-to-Speech instead.

Another great story in the series
Being careful with money I tend to buy books when they are on offer, this often results in me reading books out of order. For this series it does not seen important as each story, although linked, is separate in its own right.

Sweet gentle read.
Classic gentle story. Can be read on its own. Quick read. Old fashioned slang words used? Which I felt did not add or improve the plot. Unique to USA maybe.
