This heel cup stays in place unlike the overpriced Dr Scholls heels that as you take a few steps they are under the middle of your feet. Hope that this product stay true to form because it has started out 100% better and more cost effective than Dr Scholls.

After wearing my shoes 10 hours a day, my heels were killing me. I ordered these and boy- what a life saver! I've used them in flats, Keds, and loafers- they work great and I end the day with no more pain! They do get pretty dirty (they are very sticky when unpackaged and so your sock fluff sticks to the top side) but I've been using them for two months, switching between several different pairs of shoes and have never had an issue. For reference, I wear a size 10.5/11 women's shoe but have a narrow foot. If you have a wider foot, I'd look at getting the blue version of these as the red are smaller/narrower.

Too narrow, not as comfortable as Dr. Scholls, simply put.Thought I’d save a few dollars and try these. They are about two dollars less expensive than buying the Dr. Scholls I’ve used in the past.But not worth it. Even in Large they are too narrow. The support is not as good, and the overall comfort is just low. One extra star for great adhesion though.

They stay put inside your shoes, and do not move any while weraing them, even all day long. I like that they have adhesive-like finish, but I move them from shoe to shoe. I have been wearing them in tennis shoes so often, that when I don't have them the back of the shoe rubs badly on my achillies tendon! I also like that they are washable!

These are very cushy, the slight adhesi e holds them in but can be pulled off to use in othershoes. They are clear so can be used in sandals and sling back shoes as well as regular shoes but they are no substitute for a full plamtar fascitis insert.

These are the women lifts, they are very comfy and they stay in place. I had hip surgery and as they tell you before you have it, there may be a difference in your leg ,length after surgery. These offset just the right amount

Returned. Too narrow. Too hard. Too uncomfortable under my arch. Firm but flexible silicone.They do adhere well to the inside of a shoe, can be removed, washed by hand with water, and placed in a different shoe. Just not right for me. I prefer the softer gel style.

My husband's doctor told him to use gel cups in his shoes for heel pain. The quality was excellent and price was great! Also to get 3 pair was perfect for all his different shoes, no need to have to remove from one pair to use in another.

Good quality product, but was not wide enough to fit my heel, caused more discomfort than comfort. Will probably work for women and small men with smaller feet.

First time used was good, next day used it again while playing and doesn't feel very good had to take it out.
