I am doing interview with people for my blog. So I was looking for wireless microphones to make recording easier. I found this one and purchased for that. Honestly, I was not expecting a high quality product because of the price range. However, it amazed me with its material and sound quality. First of all, it is made by a some kind of high grade metal material. I don't know which metal but it seems pretty durable. Besides, it is light weight. Second sound is very clear and no distortion. The noise reduction technology works pretty good. I never experience very load environment sound or wind sound in my recording. Overall I really like the wireless microphones and their price range.

I have had this microphone set for a few months now, and there are a few note-worthy issues.First- my transmitter is no longer holding a charge (or at least, not holding one for very long). I charge both the transmitter and receiver together for the same amount of time (until receiver shows fully charged), and the last three times, I have had to charge my transmitter within a week. The receiver is still fully charged, and I turn both on and off at the same time, so I'm not sure why there is a discrepancy, unless it is faulty.Second- whenever I have to plug my transmitter in to charge (while I am using it), I always hear from people there is awful feedback. I never have feedback issues any other time- only when it is on, connected to my computer audio, and connected to the charging cable. Considering how often I find myself charging the unit now, though, this is becoming a rather large problem.Other than that, the quality (materials and sound) is great. This is my third bluetooth mic, and it has been my favorite (until these recent issues).

Quickly skimmed the instructions and had the microphone working on my D750 within minutes. Very easy to set up. The sound quality is very good! I would purchase this economy microphone setup for my DSLR again. One note: The instructions indicated that there is a volume control on the WM-100 unit I bought. Mine did not have a volume control button as shown in the drawing.

To start, I'm going to compare this to a similar, but higher-end, system (Sennheiser G4 100).The audio quality from the included mic is 7-8/10, slightly more sensitive to the higher frequencies and requiring a bit more post-processing. One of the few complaints I have is the lack of output control, with a simple two position switch for volume on the receiver instead of a +/- dB similar to the Sennheiser; this really isn't a deal breaker for me, as I adjust input settings on either a mix board or in software. Sensitivity ranges from acceptable to pretty good, and seems more distance dependent then some of the other lapel mics I have.I really can't comment on the transmission distance, as I use the system in my home studio and never have more than 50 ft between tx and rx untits. I will, however, say that it goes through 1-2 walls fairly well without issues.The battery for both tx and rx is internal and not easily accessible or replaceable- the first set that I received suffered from a loss of charging with the rx unit with less than 20 hrs use. I contacted the seller regarding the issue, and they sent a complete replacement set in a very reasonable time frame (2-4 days) that has performed quite well for the last 200 hours of use. I suspect that the issue I had was just a one-off that you get with any mass produced electronics product.So... would I recommend? All things considered, the answer is a definite yes.

After using fotowelt WM-100 for a few months...suddenly, the mic receiver refused to turn on. It constantly is on charge mode...when plugged in to be charged. I tried everything to no avail. Does anyone know a solution?

Excellent buy. Never looking back. May buy another set

This mic was doing very well until the receiver just died. It stopped working after 4 months and in that time I may have actually used it about 20 times. The RX won’t even charge.
