Keeps my lady bits happy
Myself and all the ladies in my house use these and can't be more satisfied with the product.Though it is pricey, it is well worth it! I have not found another product on the market that has this blend in it. These keep everything optimal so that your romantic life can be spontaneous without a worry of your Ph being out of whack. I keep these in my regimen. I was a jarrowdophilus type of gal before I came across these. These keep things in line after your menses and hormonal changes through out your cycle. I've used these when I had an IUD and when I haven't and just love how they keep my lady bits happy & very neutral. I regret it when I don't have them in my regimen or run out.

Didnt notice a difference
I have nothing positive or negative to say about them. I used it for a month and noticed no difference. I however do suggest you try them if you want as all bodies are different. Maybe they’ll work for you

Best probiotic on the market!
I take two capsules first thing in the morning. I have tried many, but within 30 minutes I can feel my digestive system relax and a small boost of energy. I started using these based on an GYN suggestion due to the high potency of the strains it covers. No weird side effects either!

Please be aware if you are histamine intolerant
I loved this product from the start! Great for my vaginal health, great for my gut health! I did not have bloating and have a flat stomach even after I eat. However, after about 2 weeks now of only 1 capsule not 2 I am having my face flush and redness on my face that I have when I am overloaded with histamine. It took a while to get used to the probiotics, but now I have no issues. Be aware though if you have a sensitive body.

Used to make Super Yogurt
Makes delicious yogurt. I took 8-10 capsules added to organic 1 quart 1/2 and 1/2, with 1 TBls. Inulin, look up Super yogurt. Enjoy the taste abd probiotics
