Worked like a charm on my Mercury 50 HP
Was ridiculously easy to change, took ten minutes, and my Mercury Bigfoot 4-stroke EFI 50 Hp 2005 50ELPTEFI engine started on the first try, after being dead in the water with a dead starter motor! Pleased as punch so far!

Put it on my engine and it fell apart after 2 weeks .Contacted seller thru Amazon messaging and no response , perhaps it was Amazon’s messaging .

It fits and works! But not no more.
It fits it works. After 2 months of use the starter has failed. Out of warranty. I guess I will replace this with a different brand.
