The product is easy to install but does not serve the purpose. The marketing material is very deceptive.1. The GPS location is very off from the original location.2. The camera clarity is very very poor. The blacks show up as blues.I have gone to and fro with the customer service team. They are claiming the device is 100% correct. They say will update the software and but do not have specific release date. They are not at all willing to replace the device. Poor customer service. They do not know the solution for the problem. I am retuning the device

No seriously !---------------------------((1)) I saw all the negative comments on this product before purchasing. Let me clear it out – this isn’t an Action Camera for fancy Outdoor Videography. This is 360 Dual-Lens Surveillance Camera setup for protection. THIS IS AN INDUSTRY FIRST – there is NO OTHER COMPETITION in the Market considering the features list !((2)) The target customers are I believe people with multiple cars; car rentals and taxi services; working parents who employ drivers to send their kids to school. Practical implications are many ! This Camera is basically a safety device which acts as a deterrent against crime with the passengers of the vehicle.((3)) FEATURES – WHAT DO YOU GET ? – It prevents the misuse of your vehicle by your driver with real-time Live Stream of both inside & outside of your car; It is GPS enabled and tracks the Current Location of your vehicle and playbacks the route on the map it’s been to; it also records the audio + video simultaneously and uploads it on a secure cloud server for your future access via mobile phone!((4)) It’s an absolute Customer-centric Tech product. You have to download the KENT CamEye App from Playstore/Apple Appstore and register yourself and Link the Camera setup with the Serial Code provided on the bottom of the device. Simple.((5)) USP ? The outside camera is settled on a Ball Socket, hence you can manually adjust your preferred field-of-view. Also it runs on a simple 12V Car Charger which is also provided in the box. Also it comes pre-equipped with a 4G SIM with first 3 Months Subscription FREE! What else do you need ?-------------------X---------------THIS IS A LIFESAVER ITEM. I will recommend this to all consumers.

I would suggest you think twice before buying this product. 1st of all its really big and along with the suction cup type mirror stand it blocks out a lot of the visibility. Has good features but is very complicated to install. It comes with a very high addiitnal cost of ownership of 7,200 per annum @600pm or 6,000 lumpsum per annum . In addition to this there an AMC cost at 1200 per Annum.Please note that the videos are not saved on board but uploaded to a cloud server and you get some limited space online which you can access along with most features through your mobile . In fact they have disabled the memory card slot so that you are dependent on the cloud service. The 8 GB internal is only used when the signal is weak and can't upload data to the server. Also it does not save video on the server, only access time-lapse images. So if the crucial event has occurred during the gap between photos it will be lost despite we buying the most expensive dash cam. Trip logs are not always or immediately available.It has some unique features but to me the negatives outweigh the positives.Having discovered all these shortfalls and additional cost I am looking at disposing this soon and get a generic WiFi enabled dual cam dashboard available on amazon.

Not worth and waste of money1. Pictures/ Videos having blurry effects, not natural photos. As advised by technical team, it will fix with next update. Nothing happened2. Cloud videos playbacks seems 5 second skipping. Not like normal video playbacks. Presently not showing any cloud videos3. After a month long research, purchased KENT CamEye as it fulfilled all my requirements.KENT CamEye came with well packaged box, with no damage to product and accessories.Box includes:- CamEye- Car Charger- Windshield Mount- USB Cable- Clips for Cable, nut- Pry tool- The device build quality is very good, it looks premium. Not much heavy in weight.- It has dual camera, so we can record time-lapse videos of both inside as well as outside. I am also able to live stream video while sitting at home as the application allows to stream from anywhere. Only one concern, if CamEye can record HD quality video.- Can store the trip data on cloud.- We can track real-time GPS location of the car, & if required, playback route travelled by the car. So, your driver can't misuse the Car other than work.- Kent CamEye is enabled with AI Alerts. The ones that I liked areDrivers face detection Alert, if unknown driver detected in car, it sends alert to the user on the smartphone.Over-speeding alert: Big relief, if your kids or parents traveling in car, incase driver exceeds speed, you get alert!There are some other alerts too that I still need to explore, especially the GEO fence one.Looking at the Price, it may seem it's a bit high, but after using & considering all the features, it is worth to purchase!
