The shake and snack bars were packed into a tiny box, all squashed in.the bars are flat and shake container dented and squashed. Ordered another flavour from a different company and it came in a big box, haha. I know the shake will taste OK as have tried before

I'm on the nutra check app and count calories etc.I use SF as a breakfast or late night snack if I'm hungry and have enough calorie allowance left.Its perfect for me satusfies my sweet craving and gentle on my stomach. I take a lot of medication for several different conditions and need to take some with food and SF is perfect for it.It only works with a strict calorie diet and exercise. I've lost 23lbs in three weeks. I'm morbidly obese and 50 years old.

The taste is very nice but it didn’t come with a scoop the bars are nice aswell going to try more flavours soon when I have finished this one. Easy to follow as it’s my first time getting it. Thank you very much

The banana flavour is not very strong, but very pleasant none the less. I would buy it again, but possibly try another flavour.

Half of the bars were out of date with the rest squashed and stuck to the paper. The tub of slim fast itself is ok
